I’m shocked they cleaned your room everyday! I live in California and these days none of the hotels I go to will clean your room unless you stay 5 days.
Stayed there, had a horrible time. No grab and go. Not the greatest service. Flicker in the over the bed lighting fixture. Even the coffee maker didn’t work. I couldn’t believe it. I will not return. Prefer Paradise Pier for the perks and proximity.

I personally am not a fan of Paradise Pier since I had a pretty bad experience there…but it was back when they first opened up again and didn’t have the perks etc…I’m glad they have started bringing perks back tho. Just goes to show that no two experiences are the same.
Granted, the Paradise Pier does need a reverb (which they are getting soon per announcement) and some of the services restored, but I did like it better than the Westin Anaheim even at a higher rate. The room I stayed in at the Westin was much smaller, and didn’t have the separate tub. It had a narrow floor plan that had a very cramped passage between the bathroom wall and the wardrobe. My guess is yours was club level suite you where in. Mine was a standard park view room. A hotel w/o grab and go is a nonstarter with me. It was a big hit against it. I need a place to grab water, soda, food without hassle.

Hi Brittany! I was actually surprised too. It was the first hotel that did daily housekeeping that I’ve stayed in since the pandemic began.
