Ford Fiesta 2019 HVAC Actuator Malfunction

Please watch and tell me what you think. This is for troubleshooting purposes only. If I can purchase a new actuator for $30.00 online, will I even be able to get inside the dashboard to remove the old and replace the old one?

Take out the old one!😡 Remove everything around it and put in a new 1! 6 hrs!😂 just sayn!🍀😂
