Combustion engines need three things to operate: fuel, air, and spark. If your fuel pump isn’t delivering the fuel your engine needs, it will run poorly, or not at all. Or, the pump is fine, but your fuel gauge isn’t working. Many modern pumps include an integrated sending unit. Either way, a new engineered to fit fuel pump for TRQ is just what you need. This video shows you how to install a new TRQ fuel pump with integrated sending unit in your 2007-2016 GMC Acadia.

Why did you change the fuel pump? What was it doing that caused you to change it?
good job... but with all that work ...is there a way to check the new fuel pump to make sure its not defective? so you dont have to redo

Itd be easier to relieve the preasure by using the little button on your fuel pressure gauge lol
I have a 2016 traverse awd and it has been having any issue only when getting fuel after pumping it will sit there and crank and crank have you heard of this? It’s ok any other time been like that for over a month
What is the sensor you disconnected right on the fuel line towards the front of the tank??
Is there a relay where is it . Or is the pump ran by the ecm
Hello sir, I have a 2016 Buick enclave, why Everytime I open the gas cap, I hear a air suction sound, and a little black smoke comes from the exhaust. Also if I turn the vehicle off before refueling, and when I turn it back on after getting gas, it has problems starting. If you can help me on what you think this can be , I would be thankful.
Any chance at any way possible could a bad fuel pump or fuel pump sensor set off a P0430 code? It’s a catalyst code but everything associated with it is fine
from my experience a catalyst code could be so many different things, from an o2 sensor to a small leak or a bad cat. What worked for me is getting the ecu reflashes because my car had an emissions recall. Ask a shop about re flashing the ecu. For reference I had a 2013 cruze with a PO420 code

Change the high pressure pump , did not fix problems..
Better to pull the fuel pump relay and start it until the pressure is relieved
2 questions can you tell me where the exactly where fuel pump relay is located I can't find it anywhere and I can't take the relay out to relieve fuel not only because I don't think there is one but because my car won't start that why I need a new fuel pump

I have a vaild question which requires a professional answer/advise from you. My 2014 GMC Acadia SLT1 has a malfunctioning fuel guage. It gives out the wrong fuel level reading. I followed your steps 1 by 1 in this video and I changed the fuel pump with a new one. But guess what? My problem was not solved and the fuel guage is still off. I don't know what else to do. I thought chaniging the fuel pump will solve the problem. It's really annoying, I got stranded twice in the middle of the highway for running out out of gas without knowing. What is your advise.

just an armchair guess, probably some kind of short in the wire or maybe the float on the sensor is stuck in a more upward position.
There is a recall from GM on the 2014 fuel gauge.
The problem can be corrected by doing something with the software programming. I just read about it online

You have broken one bolt mate under tray
You should have changed the fuel filter while you had the tank out.

Where is the fuel filter? I thought it was part of the pump assembly
it is part of the fuel pump housing assembly
