I was in college in 1968. Its my first time also to hear this song.
My parents used to play songs like this a lot on car either when we were on long trip or strolled around city. That's when i realized my parents shared the same taste of music with me and my lil sister.
This was the first song I ever heard from the BeeGees and i was 5 yrs old and fell in love with Robin Gibb. Im 62 now and Robin always has been my favorite.
These guys could really put out beautiful music.

I always heard this on the radio and love listening to it. But I didn't know it was the Bee Gees who sang in their early days. It's just unfortunate that this song is not available on Apple Music.
It looks like it is getting popular because of RUclips. I've found several artists that I had no idea of. Like the Bee Gees early songs like this one.Like John Farnham. I was looking for vid's of Little River Band and found one where John was singing lead. And went on to find out all of his other work, because his voice and stage presence blew me away.
John Farnham was how I found out about Human Nature. Again, I found a lot of vid's of them. I am now a firm fan of both. It's kind of strange how watching a vid on RUclips leads to finding other artists.

Meu querido Pai colocava essa música para ouvir, eu ainda muito menino não compreendia muito bem as coisas mas o acompanhava e prestava atenção o quanto essa música era importante pra ele, agora entendo a sensação dele na época, pois hoje sinto muito provavelmente a mesma coisa.

Se não fosse a banda Pholhas tê-la imortalizado em seus bailes lendários talvez nem a tivéssemos conhecido. Nossa gratidão aos Bee Gees e aos Pholhas pela belíssima canção.

I didn't like that whole disco thing but the Bee Gees have been one of the greatest musical influences of the ' pop era . Clive Anderson really shouldn't have disrespected them they way he did - and I'm all for a bit of banter .
All disco was was dance music. Nothing more, and every generation had their own versions. I remember all of the crap that surrounded the Bee Gees during that time. I realized that the people who said that they hated the Bee Gees at that time were one of two groups of people. 1) music snobs who have a need to put down almost anything popular. It makes them feel superior. 2. the DJ's who jumped on the I hate the Bee Gees craze. Breaking the records, having Bee Gee free weekends, etc. In reading articles with DJ's who were present during that time, the DJ's liked the Bee Gees but attempting to destroy them was stupidly popular at the time so they signed on with the craze.
I, also, find it ironic that the article that started the whole craze was completely made up because the writer was too lazy to actually do his job.
As bandas dos anos 70 80 90 vieram pra dar emoções alegria ao público no geral passado essas décadas as bandas que surgiram começam com três pessoas ou quatro e após um mês ou menos banda só tinha um cantor e olhe lá um descaso com a música quem curtiu no passado é um previlegiado os outros uns enganados

Sou privilegiando, nasci em 1960, assim como muitos outros daquela época de ouro. Grandes bandas, Bee Gees é outros da época. O que havia de melhor tivemos naquela época, desde do Internacional romântico, Rock, discoteca etc... que saudades. Ainda bem que vivi aquela tempo.
