Uncle Roger thought a few yuan were more important than the basic human rights of these people so he kissed Xi's butt to keep from being demonetized. Uncle Roger used to be funny, once you learn the truth about him he is nothing but the sadness he claims vegetables taste like.

It’s hard to mess up fried rice. I use my rice cooker or an Instant Pot to cook my rice with some kind of broth, chopped onion, chopped celery, about a 1/2-3/4 cup of frozen mixed veggies, and sesame oil. Then, when I cook my scrambled eggs add the rice, and add low sodium soy sauce and some oyster sauce. Don’t forget to add garlic at some point.

I've found a technic to get old rice faster, but it involves some equipment .. my induction stove has a setting that keeps temperature constant.. I set it to 60°C and let the rice dry a little for like an hour
Instead of MSG, you could use chicken powder aka chicken bouillon. Another addition I highly recommend is garlic butter. I saw a Japanese place use it ages ago and have never been able to eat it any other way after that.

Fried rice and omelettes are my go-to dishes for using up leftovers. I grew up not knowing what the original meal was, since we always ate the leftovers. When I heard there were people who would not eat leftovers, I was confronted with issues of morality, economics, better-the-next-day, and accommodation of my own laziness.
One of these days I will be able to step away from work in the middle of the day to watch these lives live! Until then I love the format. Very entertaining

That Nasi Goreng could be better. Learned it in the Netherlands from the first wave Chinese (my grandpa) coming here in the 50's. Less is more. Although yours will taste lovely. Tip: cook longrain rice a day before. No salt. Bake that the day after and it won't be sticky. Love your video's! 😘
Budders once cooked at a Thai restaurant, with over 50,000 or more BTUs with the wok cooker. It was a must that all mise en place was in place before cooking, as it would take right about one minute of total cook time to create the most spectacular fried rice dish ever. It would take about one minute to select the mise en place, and another minute to cook. But this is a recipe for cooks at home, so props for the very good recipe.
The two funniest Sonny's of RUclips should get together and do a live stint like this. I had a good morning laugh now, and it's going to be a great day.

Great technique but it still looked a bit clumpy...? Still looks good but I find it fries best when I declump before putting it into the pan, I just use my hands with gloves to separate the rice

Mix an egg into your rice with your fingers before frying it. That lubes it up real nice and keeps it from clumping together.

It’s hard to mess up fried rice. I use my rice cooker or an Instant Pot to cook my rice with some kind of broth, chopped onion, chopped celery, about a 1/2-3/4 cup of frozen mixed veggies, and sesame oil.
Then, when I cook my scrambled eggs add the rice, and add low sodium soy sauce and some oyster sauce.
Don’t forget to add garlic at some point.
Tip, remove the burner grate when using a wok. Wok will be much closer to the flame and allow the flame to wrap further around the wok.
