New boots idea
Boots of training.
Reduces move speed by 20.
For every minute you have these boots you gain 5 move speed, up to 50. When it reaches this value the boots are removed from your inventory but you keep the move speed bonus (+30).
Aka, this is a late game boots. That will eventually give you an extra item slot, at the cost of early game move speed being reduced.
sounds like something that would be busted on certain champs while unplayable on others.
@@appleOgreen This actually illustrates the incompetence of the riot staff to balance melee vs ranged. Such an item would be broken on ranged champs with escape mechanics, but unplayable on melee champs without good escapes or movement abilities. Things like Vayne top lane against melee champs shouldn't even exist. In a 1v1 lane melee should beat range.
@mattt3555 make the move speed penalty 25 or 30 for ranged. The goal is they will still end up weaker than actual boots in terms of move speed, but you will not be to much weaker.
So having proper boots would still be 5-10 more move speed, but you free up an item late game without losing to much move speed.
it'll never happen movespeed is the strongest stat in league of legends guys like me on Jhin and guys like Zwag on Cassio was why the movespeed rune etc got nerfed it is possible for you to move so fast around 445 movespeed to when people start finding it really difficult to land any skillshots on yoiu at all if you never stop moving and some champs never wanna stop like Jhin and Cassio they can fight really well while moving.
I do however think they need to make an upgraded version of each boots for 2400 gold to bring boots up to nearly the same power as a full item while still maintaining the cost but I wouldn't add extra movespeed instead I'd give movespeed on hit like zephyr to abilities for magic pen boots so people get rewarded for playing well with it. That way it rewards good players instead of punishing bad ones

Zwag went standard Yorick lethality build, so he died three times. If he'd have built full move speed, he'd have carried harder, because he'd be too fast.

I've been playing his standard build a bit past week and tbh his standard build of sundered sky is really bad lol it's good for teamfighting but it's Yorick not exactly know for excelling in TF's it also creates the problem that without haste on the first item his Q cooldown is just a bit too long for sundered sky to work great, Don't get me wrong if someone is dumb enough to fight Yorick after level 6 they lose but is their a person so dumb? actually I take that back probably lol
