Although this would have been a dishonour to Russia. Interestingly they offered this award to India but not China. One question worth asking is : Would Russia support India in a war against China? What if any support can be expected?
India should be Treaty Defense Partner of Usa if Usa gives us Aksai Chin, Pok and GB as Indian Army can never get back POK and Aksai Chin on its own. We are too weak.
