Ingredients:-
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup onion
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water or Chicken stock ( water )
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper powder
1 TSP mix herbs or oregano
1 cup shredded chicken ( boiled 200 g )
1 cup boiled potatoes ( 2 medium )
1/4 cup capsicum
1 egg + 1/4 cup milk + salt and pepper
bread crumbs
cheese ( optional )
oil for frying
