@snipergang - Yes! They are definitely on my "to do list". The problem with Bel Air is it will be a video just looking at fences and gates. I try not to enter the guarded areas, unless I am showing houses. However, it has been a year since I have worked with a $100Million dollar buyer. Thanks for watching!
I'm curious, assuming a $150k down payment, what is the PITI on that $750k condo? If you earn $175k here in Denver and can afford a middle class home, you can't afford that condo. I'm guessing wages have to be way up there. I ran the numbers on a mortgage calculator and the PITI is roughly $3000 a month (depending on how high property taxes are) plus association dues for that condo at 2.85% 30yr fixed with a $600k mortgage which would require a $210k annual income. A lot of money just to be able to get a low end condo. I can't imagine the income you need to purchase a standard 2,000 sq ft single family home, $750k? I like how you said on the street that had the $6 million home that it had other million dollar homes. Nothing on that street is under $3 million. Those look like standard tract homes from the 1960's too with large lots. Homes similar to that in Littleton, CO, a burb of Denver, would run $450-$600k, and Denver metro isn't considered cheap by any means. I know it doesn't compare to this place but in all honesty: Why are prices so obscenely high? Are the buyers from NYC? Nice area but so $$$$$$$$.
Love all of the neighborhoods in Menlo Park!
