I love how insults became jokes in recent years, i mean it's impossible to look at that end chat without laughing :D

When you hate Mecha'thun hunter more then anything else in the world.
He also absolutely hates Shudderwock
as much as I hate shudderwock, I've come to terms it can be countered. Few months ago i go with midrange aggro hunter, I win most of my game against shudderwock shaman on turn 5/6 usually. As much as i despise mecha'tun when they first announce it, I also know in few days, or week, people will counter it badly.
You can counter it right now with the same aggro hunter. Combo decks are usually weak to aggro.

First of all, he probably doesn't care about the game. Secondly, he could have easily sold his account or if not he could have just quit this game and wasn't planning to come back to it. Hence banning him wouldn't do shit. Thirdly, you cannot ban someone for insulting you in game. Just because your feelings were hurt does not mean that is a bannable offense, there are no rules stating that insulting is bannable. Lastly, you are placing yourself in the place of that 'last guy' in the sense that you care about the game and also think that HE cares about the game as well. This is clearly incorrect.

To be fair, this Mecha'thun BS will get old in a week if it is anywhere near viable.
my bet: it's going to be the new quest mage, few players piloting it getting some results, some control only players imploding in rage and salt and some aggro players getting free wins.
I'm not so sure. You don't need a real deck, so you put in a bunch of AOE and draw cards. I don't think that would be a free win for aggro.
Have you seen the new Togwaggle Druid? Toast used it with 90% winrate going into legend. It looks much better than Mecha'thun to be honest.

I had the same goal except I did it in wild. Emperor Thaurissan does make some of the combos you showcased more consistent, such as paladin which relies on drawing prismatic lense before Mecha’thun when you could just get one galvanizer proc and one Emperor Thaurissan proc and reduce mechca’thun by 2, equality by 1, and wild pyromancer by 1

I think Shaman, none of them were really that hard though took at most 6 tries or so

Immune only prevents damage, not death.
Shouldn't the text of Malganis be changed then? Since immune isn't specified it leads to think that your hero is immune to everything, but as you stated Malganis only protects from direct damage, so it would better specified to say "Your hero is immune to (direct) damage. Just a thought

Mecha'thun with every class, but Druid and Warlock still seems take the cake. Rouge used like 5-6 card to achive this. Anyway, it is so satisfying to see (sic!) with every other class as well!

Druid and warlock,because Warlock hast Draw,clears your hand and dies Not die to Gheist,and Druid has good Draw rate with UI and insane survivability with Pestilent and Spread-Plague. Also You can put in The new Class Legi(Floop) If You get Gheisted,and Than kill Jim with Wrath+Wrath/Moonfire.
if I made a mecha'thun druid I wouldn't put UI in it, its way too expensive and druid has enough draw without UI.
Sebastian is righ, both Warlock and Druid are faster decks to get the combo.
well,i put UI even in token druid,because its that good,but you need to decide yourself. maybe 1 UI
@materHaenir well,i tried Mecha´thun with druid,priest and warlock so far and priest is far to slow,so i suggest that Warlock and Druid are better. In this video ,you only saw the succesful ones,so you cant really see how strong each is.

I think even warlock Mecha'thun is the best variant because it doesnt get counter by geist, you can still win without mecha'thun and you can also counter other otk deck with your project demon thing.
The Problem is you need to be over 4 health wich with a deck as evenlock its going to be a wallride if your opponent starts to smash face
What if you use project demon and turn your Mecha'thun?

Apparently the solution to lack of anti-combo tech in standard was to give every class an OTK. Annoying part is I don’t see a good counter to the priest version with the resummon even in wild as you have to transform mechathun and not every class can

Well, when Un'goro leaves, so does KOFT and KnC. So Paladin and Hunter have a harder time pulling off the combo as they no longer have access to Skulking Geist and Hemet, respectively.

@Tiny Buzzard the best mecha'thun decks work in 1 turn, which is why it will be much harder for paladin after Geist rotates. Your only danger in a Mecha'thun combo should be potion of polymorph in wild.
Rogue also has Mecha'thun -> Coin from "Wanted!" spell -> Prep -> Walk the Plank
