It does not rain all the time, we have between 5-7 days each summer with sun :) But we have a quote or a saying in our city "The rain is part of the charm".
I love that quote from the 15 year old! We went to Bergen last June and it only rained 1 of the 4 days we spent there - lovely weather the rest of the time. I got some great video with my drone and of the bus trip from Bergen to Stavanger - it rained on our trip up from Stavanger to Bergen!

Congratulations, you just showed that u don't know how to live in Norway at all. In winter, u light *candles* at home, maybe have a blanket and read a book in a nice Norwegian stressless chair, candy/sweets plus coffee or hot cocoa, super cozy and relaxing, enjoyable peaceful quiet. Or play PC games into the night. U doofus :)
