Do you know in Malaysia any other country citizen when sick and go to clinic or hospital in Malaysia got back from there with a smile on they face. Why ? No matter you rich or poor the first word come from they mouth is, is you sick sir/mam. Not asking from where you are, or you rich or not or do you have a passport or harsh word becouse of you skin colour. No. They as you if you need help FIRST. This is the reality in Malaysia. Not a lie to make one look good.

Our country is small... Strict law has to establish to stop them coming. It's overwhelming.

In Malaysia immigration law is like this -- right hand Ask to come.. left hand apprehend you, send you back OR jail time -
