Yo bro, I made a sanemi workout. You could make a Vedic on this one. 25 squats, 15 jump squats, 10 tricep dips, 25 pushups, 15 clap pushups, 10 pike pushups, 20 sit-ups and 10 V ups. All in sets of 3 (x3) Fin
i have some questions from this muichiro workout when does the work out end? when does people get rest? do we have to do this everyday? does this workout depends on what food that we ate?
Nah you don’t need to flex them for everything haha certain exercises it’s good, and maybe I didn’t quite say it right, but bracing the entire core is really what’s best especially for more complex exercises
