I feel this is a more apt way of calling them. For people like Geega and Haruka, its just a side effect of having gotten along with the members inside. Not a bad thing for them as they still can do what they like and get some help with things.

While I 100% agree with your sentiment, I've never really liked the specific phrasing of "retirement home." It always reads as derogatory to me, like their careers are just over. I don't know what the best phrasing would be, maybe haven or rehabilitation center or something. Regardless, always nice to see people move to a better working environment where they're treated well.
It's literally just a second job in a career path. I don't get why people play up the idea of going from one workplace to another, as if it's not a super common and healthy thing to do. I think people just avoid that mindset because it doesn't sound as good for drama clickbait or something.
