I've had addiction issues for over 35 years and I've always been equally interested in spiritual truths and knowledge, I've tried to learn meditation several times over the years, I'll go to a class but I have never practiced it for long, I've got an easily distracted mind , I've learnt how to sit with myself but I struggle with meditation despite trying many kinds, so I'm looking forward to hearing this, 😊 👍
🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿 Wow Wee!!!! What a RADICAL convo - Thanks WHOLEHEARTEDLY for the depth n sharing from you BOTH. I jumped on the meditation train 🚈 about a year ago n yes I agree with weaving BEING with the DOING... there is no separation 🕉 ♒ The best is yet to come friends, feel it - create it, BE it ❤❤
Thank you for your wonderful videos … but personally it’s hard for me to finish your videos due to imbalance in sound frequency … your words are serene, but your sudden laugh is over the top and disturbing a bit! Hope you understand and take care of that thank you!!
Dude you are a great person. If you reacted a little less and allowed the flow of the guests voice and what they are trying to say, then you will have many more subs. I also do this when people talk to me sometimes, i can literally annoy myself! but i dont have a yt channel to maintain. I am saying this from the heart and not as a criticism. Peace brother.
Hi Rob, brother, thank you for leaving such loving feedback in such a positive way - appreciate you 👍🙏🏼 Thank you so much for caring and leaving constructive feedback Please note, this is not the Gold Standard we set for ourselves for the podcasting experience we wish to deliver Due to the overwhelming response on this video's poor audio quality, we conducted an audit and found the following: 1. During the conversation when it was recorded, my volume was farrrr lower than Dr. Konstantin Korotkov's. My conversational 'fillers' were at a volume of 3/10 where as Dr. Konstantin's talking voice was at an 8/10 volume wise. Looking back at this initial version of the recording - makes for a much more pleasant listening experience - as my 'interruptive' 'fillers' are actually barely audible and do not overbear on the points Dr. Konstantin is trying to make. As is natural to the conversational style of my podcast, these 'rapport-in-conversation' type sounds are a default mechanism which I guess ultimately, is me trying to pay-attention to the guest to the best of my personal ability and keep the conversation flowing deeper and deeper into deep topics to excavate the most profound conversation, I know how to have. However in post-production we have two automated settings 1. "Remove Background Noise" and 2. "Auto-Normalise". Due to the background noises of Dr. Konstantin's environment, we selected "Remove Background Noise". We also selected the setting called "auto-normalise" which as the setting suggests normalises the audio of the two people speaking to *match each other* THIS IS WHERE WE WENT WRONG in the production of this episode. Riverside.fm, our podcasting platform, then went ahead and matched all my quiet 3/10 filler sounds to a volume that matched Dr. Konstantin's 8/10 talking voice. And I think given the superior quality of my microphone setup, my audio comes through somewhat "over" and "on-top" of Dr. Konstantin's - now adjusted also to an 8/10. This has been an amazing learning for us, but has come at the expense of your listening experience on this occasion, for which I sincerely apologise and extend my gratitude to you for highlighting this glitch for us to be able to improve all future productions further. In light of this too though, reducing the amount of 'rapport-in-conversation' style filler words that I use and to instead listen with greater and greater silence is something I have been working on and the feedback from my audience is something I take seriously as you can tell and is very very valuable to me as a young man growing so I will continue to work on the skill of active listening and see how to develop rapport in other ways beyond to provide the best possible listening and viewing experience to you. That is and will always be my commitment to you. For having let you down in this instance, I do apologise and once again - and I would invite you to check out some of our other episodes as this glitch is not the Gold-Standard to which we hold ourselves to here at the Inspired Evolution 🧬 Having said that, once again, I sincerely appreciate your feedback - this continues to inspire my evolution and show me that in fact there is plenty of room for growth for myself left - growing from a conversational podcast into more of an interview. Honestly, feeling how important this conversation is to you inspires me onwards and upwards to continue to deliver with better quality. And also feeling that you, my audience, are now comparing my interviewing capabilities to other great interviewers online - actually means that I am both growing and have further to grow - and as is the nature of everything the Inspired Evolution stands for - I embrace this with an open heart 💛 touch wood 🪵🔥🙏🏼 Thank you again for your feedback I truly appreciate you listening and being so inspired to evolve hope to see you in another episode soon 🙏🏼 Warmly, Amrit 🙏🏼
Dude, I am 3:30 mins in and you haven't started talking about anything yet but are going on and on about subscribing. This is so annoying!! Really, if you want people to subscribe say that in 10 seconds at the beginning, maybe once in the middle and a longer rant thingy at the end. You are droning on about it before we have even done anything at all, you'll lose your audience 3 mins in. They'll just go somewhere else.
This is brilliant advice thank you ! I realised this a couple of week ago and have already made the change as you can see from our more recent videos here: ruclips.net/video/oxl2y2Xrmic/видео.htmlsi=0L-kSbIYLgIGq9gm The sub, like and comment request has been brought down to 5 seconds at the start and end haha I genuinely appreciate your constructive feedback - it really helps... We're always looking to improve things around here 🙏🏻 Any further advice - is more than welcome 🤗
