    I believed there is no wrong way to meditate, and the way you meditate is what works for you only. As long as you make an effort to close your eyes, meditate and do it consistently, over time, you will feel peaceful and noticed the change about yourself. Sometimes, others noticed the change in you, the better you. I went from struggling to meditate for 5 minutes to up to over an hour daily. Some people say they meditate in the morning, so that they can be in better mood to start their day. I meditate right before going to bed, because I believed it helps me fall asleep better.

    31:44, “There is a purification requirement of the body…” I’m so glad he acknowledged that, because I’ve gotta tell y’all, in my experience, qigong is the way to go to break up any stagnant or trapped energy and get it balanced. It’s helped so much with my shoulders and neck tightness after sitting at a computer for hours on end every day, but it also balances my thoughts and emotions as well and gets me back to a much calmer, peaceful state. 🥰

    Yes meditation works, it took me years to master my technique, In this lifetime I been challenge with the energy of extreme anxiety and panic attacks, ever since I started to listen and meditate to sound bowl mediations, I been able to start curing myself, everyday is less and less. Now I’m able to move the energy of each of my harmed chakras, it’s a strange feeling, because they do spin around and sometimes I feel them palpitating, and at the same time they start to get very very warm, and it leaves you with a very heavenly feeling, of overwhelming peace and happiness like nothing else I. The world, well in my case it felt like my experience when I was 5 seconds in heaven. I do it on the morning now and night. It’s also possible to move your chakras energy with the suns energy. It takes me one but you can do it. I close my eyes and when I’m hearing the sound bowls or I am on the sun, I do circular motions with my head and put all my focus on my heart chakra for example and it moves guys

      I would also add to it: you can work with your guardian angel/s and ancestors. Just ask them whatever you need. I've asked so many things and there was always someone on the other side helping me move the energies or even pulling heavy energies out of my body. Whenever i try not to forget or dont know what to ask for, i simply ask for light for all my cells inside the body. Try it :)

      @pialind7643 I do mainly walking meditations, which are also an ancient practice, so I can say a little about what can happen. I might go out alone for the late afternoon/sunset walk in nature, trees are my preferred company when I do this. If its a quiet spot(no people around), my feet get into a rhythm on the rough and twisting earth foot track. I'm walking briskly and allowing my mind to empty, which then allows forest sounds to come in. Wind in the branches, birds, etc. At some point, my body seems to take over the automatic part of stepping each step, I start feeling slightly outside of my body but observing it calmly. Breathing gradually deepens after about 20 mins, and I can start to taste the pure air coming into my lungs like a cool stream of liquid silver...is the only way I can describe it! It's very delicate state, and only lasts a few minutes say five or ten. It's indescribably peaceful, exhilarating. The feeling gradually fades but leaves me feeling much better on the walk back to my car. Doing this practice now for five decades, since I discovered it by accident as a child.

    I have no doubt that mantras work; but I happened to find binaural beats first, not online, through a group I joined two years ago. With those beats, I have reached higher levels of consciousness in the theta waves state. I'm still a beginner, which is why I hoped to learn from this expert guest. "Not from lack, but from overflow." !
    I hope I will suceed because as a former elementary and Special Ed. teacher, I recognize the concept of overflowing with creativity to inspire children and the joy of sharing it with them.

    • @sheRaRa101

      How do you keep yourself from thinking when just listening to the music? I love the binaural beats but still fight that monkey mind. ✌🏼

    • @denisejohnson7686
      @denisejohnson7686 Год назад

      @sheRaRa101 I usually don't listen only to music. It does allow thoughts and distractions. That's why I like binaural bests --they actually have an effect on the brain that helps consciousness to expand. But some thoughts are not detrimental. They can be imaginary or creative or loving.

    Hey, Tom. I am a fellow Aussie, recently retired from primary teaching. As a holistic educator, I can attest to the effect of meditation in the classroom. With our curriculum full beyond reason, many teachers are flat out teaching this curriculum and perceive that they don’t have time to afford their class (and themselves) a precious few moments in meditation. We cannot afford not to give our children time for them to go within through meditation. I’ve never seen such a stressed generation of learners. How do we change mindsets of our Education departments, teachers and parents????

    • @pipfox7834
      @pipfox7834 Год назад +2

      Now that you're retired, maybe you could facilitate a "time out for educators" weekend, where some meditation options could be explored. I'm a lifelong walking in nature meditator, I discovered this works really well for me. I use little conservation parks on the edges of town .But it works only when I do it alone, this makes it possible for mind to fully empty and peace,/calm to suffuse body and soul. I find it very restorative, allows a space for joy to enter.

      I took a meditation class in Jr. College and where I really found it useful was before tests. Before a test ones mind starts to get overactive with all kinds of ideas, images, and fears about how one might do. So about 15 minutes before a test I would find an empty class room and meditated for 10 minutes or so and end it with positive statements about how well I was going to do on the test. And so with a quiet mind, at ease, I would always do well.

      3, 2, 1, 0 meditation
      Close your eyes
      Sit spine erect
      Breathe rhythmically deep and consciously
      Observe all of existence
      3 = 3 too many thoughts
      2 = mind and spirit thoughts
      1 = spirit thought
      0 = no thought, union with the ALL

    For me the answer of the question, what is the purpose of life, is this. To forever grow in complexity and mastery of our creative ability. Every thing from the rock, to the plant, to the animal, has the creative ability or consciousness. But as you climb the ladder from mineral to animal, you see that consciousness and the creative ability increases in its complexity. Awareness of what we are, can lead to an accelerated growth of complexity, only if we accept it and choose to act upon that awareness. Ignorance or the state of ignoring is a choice. I am not certain that simple awareness is guaranteed to lead one to growth. I think some people can have an awakening moment to awareness and ignore or reject it because they are not yet ready to advance and accept that level of responsibility. But they can still continue to grow in tiny increments as they are moving out of spiritual childhood and towards maturity. At least that has been my observation.

    Dear Tom and Alex I’m your regular listener. I have been meditating for almost 4 years. I had some ultimate bliss feelings 3 times in my whole lifetime. Now the most challenging thing for me when I meditate and start shifting from 3D to 4D, somehow something scares me and it gives me goosebumps. I don’t know what it is but I can’t shift my energy anymore. Help me please 🙏……

    • @eshamerita5970
      @eshamerita5970 Год назад +3

      Of course it's scary... you don't want to go to the 4th, beautiful one, you want to go to the 5th floor, straight (or higher). The 4th one is the one you go to every night, where you dream, and also the place where the "ghosts" are, let's say, among other kind of entities...
      In any case, alwayd ask for protection, guidance and assistance before every meditation, and manifest your will to allow your higher self to take full command of the current human experience (now)... and just breathe and be receptive. It's going to be delicious and fun! Like a bath of light 😊

    ?????How does one meditate???? Is there a how to video similar to an exercise video? It sounds like a magical state but I find it hard to come across how to, does one sit in a chair with back supported , on the floor, lay down on the bed, chant mantras, do a special breathing technique, listen to music or have it quiet. It’s incredible that so many people talk about how beneficial meditation is yet I don’t ever see any actual information on how to do it, so how did all these people learn???

Even more Awake or Aware or Conscious One is...even more higher and clear and beautyful it will dream...at least that is so far my insights and even 2 relax from the dream states...realms= perfectly fine...we call it muse or lila pause or a artistic time off.
