Sandra, you do such a great job in clearly explaining information. I’ve seen many of your video and they are all soooo helpful! Thanks for making these and keep it up!👍🏻
really enjoying your videos... thanks for sharing :) I just started doing stickers last week, and interestingly enough - I literally made sales within minutes!
Hi Sandra, thank you so much for this informative video!! I am wondering if these stickers are provided for personal use so they will print them as sticker using Cricut machine or they need to be offered for commercial use?
A month ago I paid 600 türkish liras to learn how to sell on Etsy and it was nothing like that. The things that you are talking about wasn't even mentioned. Thank God now I found you! I will try again and Im not going to give up!
Question if I am selling digital stickers - what files do you recommend me selling? Pre cropped PNGs is what I have so far- Goodnotes file? Thanks so much I am on etsy
Thanks for the amazing video! I have a question: how does the customer use the stickers? If they are printable, should he print them on sticky paper and then cut out himself according to the outline? Thanks
Thanks for all of the details in your videos. Hard to find people who are willing to share knowledge without asking to be paid for it. May God continue to Bless you!
What are the typical dimensions or resolution for stickers? If you make them too large, they could print the file to t-shirt, or do whatever they want with it. Thank you this video is very helpful.
Thank you so much for your videos. You always make everything simple and user friendly. Unfortunately when I try to make things they do not look as good and so I get discouraged and know they wont sell. I appreciate you posting so much help though!
I create things all the time that I feel like I hate lol I know how it feels. I go through a lottt of trial and error before I land on designs that I like. Don't give up :)
Hi sandra, firstly, I want to thank you for your videos, they are very clear and motivating... And I hope you can answer me this, in the min 19:30, under price, in quantity, what does that mean??... does etsy charge us the listing fee with every sell??... I'm sorry, I don't understand that
LOVE your videos...so much information, which I truly appreciate. I'm 73 years old and hoping to generate additional income that I need by selling stickers and other printables on Etsy. I have one Etsy shop selling mugs, etc., but it's not doing that well anymore and I want to open a new one just for digitals, etc. Question: do you add all the sticker images when creating your Etsy listing? Wouldn't that make it easy for someone to copy those images? Or, do you put all the images into one PDF at a low DPI and post that? I understand everything else except for this part of the process...your advice is appreciated ! Tks.
I appreciate your videos so much. As a new Etsy seller your videos have answered so many questions I’ve had on how to build my digital design business. Thank you!
I’m so impressed and omg you are such a life saver!!! You are so clever and thank you so much for teaching us for free on how to make your sales go higher!! Please continue this epic work and I’ll be waiting for more content!! Once again thank you so much!
I'm confused. At 14:55 in the screenshot under "prohibited use" it says that you can't "Resell or offer Designs as digital stock material" which "includes sharing, selling, distributing, or making Designs available for download on other platforms." Doesn't that mean that using Kittle for creating digital products is prohibited?
Been wanting to sell digital stickers on Etsy since I sell printed ones too locally. I am just worried someone might buy the digital stickers i made and start printing and selling them without me knowing. :D What would be your advice, Sandra?
Dear Sandra, I wonder if these stickers could also be sold as Digital Goodnotes Stickers? They are seperate transparent png files anyway- what do you think? Thanx!!!
Hello Sandra please can you tell me that can we sell templates on etsy which are edited on different applications instead of canva plzz tell me about it
bonjour merci pour cette vidéo juste une petit question si vous permettez est ce que on peut acheter ce genre de stickers sur etsy ou creative fabrica et les revendre sur ces plateforme sans problème de droit d 'auteur ....... merci de me répondre
I like that your videos have lots of information, and by information I mean all these websites. I got the kittl pro, made my stickers. But its really complicated. First when making the sticker it doesnt show the measurement so when im trying to fit 2 pictures i cant tell the size. Second when i download png, no background etc. and upload it to my cricut as if i bought the digital sticker. sadly cricut kept giving me warning signs that the picture was too big but it wasnt, also that it was low resolution. Also the page size changes when uploaded to Cricut. I know you’re giving samples but theres more to it, and if you’re not creative tech savy, it can be a bit complicated.
Hi Sandra, I have followed your clip, and I can only get 1000 results compared to your 312,058 results in etsy, is there something I need to do to get the correct amount of results, please help. P.S. your clips are fantastic, so helpful Thank you
Thank you for this very informative video. I also seen your other informative videos using Fotor for Digital Art. When you have some time can you make an informative video how to cartoon yourself, pet using Fotor AI? My question is does Fotor AI only has Aimee or other types of cartooning our photos? I can't seem to find any other informative videos on youtube.
Thank you so much Sandra, I love all your videos. ❤ I have a quick question though, what is your advice for competing with all the sellers that are selling hundreds of graphics in sticker bundles for just a few dollars? how do we ever compete with those? I guess the same goes for all the printables - these folks that are selling hundreds (and sometimes thousands) for just a few dollars. Even if we get the right niche, keywords and SEO, these sellers are all over. It's just a bit overwhelming. I guess we just keep trying right? Also, thanks for the help with Kittl, I finally took your advice and decided to try it and I been loving using both it and Canva! 😃
Does exist any website same like INPRNT that you just add your designs and they take care of everything with shipping and send them to customers? To sell sticker SHEETS.
love the video so far ! question, I have all my stickers in one sheet but how do I separate them to be all in separate files, I didnt quite catch that ! thanks :)
Random question - how do you sort/arrange your images on your computer? The tip about having a specific listings folder is a really good idea. I have so many images, all with different file types, and I am swamped with how many files I have. Any suggestions from anyone?
Hi Sandra, thanks so much for this step by step in creating the digital stickers. I've just started the learning process for having your own Etsy shop and had a question about the size of the stickers. Is there a standard size to use? Say if this is going to be stickers for laptops, phone cases, notebooks etc. I've created a few on Kittl but not sure if they're too big or small.
Great video. One question keeps lingering in my mind, as a beginner. I get your info about how to make and sell stickers. But if customers buy these downloads, how are they going to get them cut? Are your designs okay for the circuitmachines or is there another way? Thanks a lot.
Hi Sandra, this sounds awesome and convenient to try out. Also i started wondering how i can create a cover on etsy if I would sell lets say a digital bundle
Hi Sandra thanks for the info. So helpful. I’ve been doing research into stickers and I found some niches but when I niched down the marmalead searches where low in red but I saw that people are selling these stickers would you take this as validation and create them you would you move on? What is the lowest search per month you would go with?
Hi! Great question!! When you get super specific, Marmalead will show red under searches because customers are not necessarily typing in those exact words. But that's okay! As long as your broad keyword term is green for searches and engagement (i.e. printable stickers) then it's good!
I love the idea of this niche but one of the reasons I've been hesitant to offer printable stickers is I don't understand how people cut them out. I noticed in the video, the Listing Title used the phrase "for Cricut"; would a buyer be able to use the PNG file on a Cricut machine to cut the stickers out?
I was wondering the same thing. My day job involves creating vinyl graphics for a sign company that uses large-format vinyl printers and cutters, and for us, we absolutely NEED vector graphics in order to create a cut path for vinyl cutting - raster/bitmap images like PNGs absolutely will not work. Does the Cricut software automatically vector-trace the PNG outline based on the image transparency?
Another great video!! I found my niche to be nursery wall art since I'm a nanny. I'm excited, but a little nervous since I came across a video saying that printable wall art is to saturated yet I feel confident in my decision. Btw when someone purchase a digital product is it unlimited? Like after someone purchase it do you re-upload it? Hope this makes sense. Thank you.🙂
You can add a large quantity to your digital product so that it just continue to renew! Otherwise you will need to manually renew the listing :) and I love your niche! You can definitely add stickers to it as well!
@@jadiw1819 yes absolutely in my step by step tutorials where I go through the Etsy listing :) it's just under "quantity" in your listing at the bottom
U didnt explain what our stickers.pngs need to look like to work when it is printed. I did everything but got stuck at what the files should look like. Should we have a white background or a different colofed background?
Hello, Sandra. Very nice and easy to follow tutorial. I am creating my own stickers and I have few questions if you could please help me out with. I'm creating my stickers from jpg files and I'm making a combo list of 9 or 4 stickers per page. I'm using a design size of 11x11 inches with each jpg file being around 6000x6000px (I enhance the quality with software). Can I down scale from the 11x11 design to other, smaller sizes. What type of file should the end user receive - png or jpg? Why one and not the other? If I want to print out a single bigger sticker I use 5x5 design size in canva. Can I downscale from this to 2x2, 3x3 etc.? Thank you again for the quality of your content. Keep up the good work!
Hi! I think PNG is better so they can set it up on their circut! There's no rule on the exact size, that's why I recommend checking what other shops are offering! I noticed a lot were offering at size 1800 x 1500 pixels and around those dimensions! Hope that helps :) and yes you can scale down from your original design - I just wouldn't recommend scaling up
Another question, when using the AI generator for stickers, when I click on my sticker to make a white border "object color" doesnt appear for me where I can add a border weight. When I click I only see " image setting ", how can I give it that sticker look? thanks :)
This was very informative. I'm wondering how you create a bundle sticker listing. When I go to Printify it does not show me an option to include multiple stickers or create bundle. Thanks for all your great videos they really do help!
Hey Sandra, thanks for all your lovely training. With AI coming out with various options, I was thinking of getting into digital art (landscape sceneries) created by AI and selling them on ETSY. What are your thoughts on that?
I love that idea! But research is super important as well, just like I show in this video regardless of the idea :) make sure to validate through keywords and competitors first! Best of luck to you!!
Bad idea. AI art takes art already made by real people and smushes it together. AI is art theft and you'll be taking away money from people that spend hours to make beautiful artwork because you want to make a quick buck. It isn't right.
Very nice :) Super tips! When you make a mockup with these cute stickers, how do you know how big is the sticker and if the real dimension of the sticker looks like in the mockup with the laptop?
Thank you! I started off with 1200 x 1200 pixels when I first designed these. I noticed others saved it to 1800 x 1500 pixels, etc. It shouldn't matter too much since the buyer will size them accordingly on their cricut!
Thanks for watching guys!
