I have the pink kit and I only use 1/2 of the gel top and bottom so it would last 12 days instead and today is my fourth day using it and I went from a 6 to so far now a 3 I think using 1/2 works better than more so cause I've been comparing others who do it correctly and there is a big diff
So one gel tube is supposed to last 6 days? What I've been confused about is how long the whole kit is supposed to last
mine lasted 12 days cause I use half of 1/2 top and bottom (25%top 25%bottom I only use one half for one day) instead of 1/2 top and 1/2 bottom which is 1/4 and it works better from what I've seen the first day I went from a 6 and the second day I was at a 3 I use it every night

It's 6 days only
It's only temporary, they suggest doing it once a week afterwards to maintain the colour.
does it work for crooked teeth ?
