Snake edge is only reactable if you both are standing still and waiting for it. If you hit it, it's big damage combo. Lastly, it obviously works for this dude if he's the Iranian champ & giving TMM a hard time.
Risky moves can be good too if your opponent doesn't expect it, or if they try to challenge it at the last minute. They're also good for general unpredictability.

You seem to be lacking the necessary Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Runtime components. Hope that was helpful. Quick question. If a move is 13 frames, how fast is the recovery? Meaning if a person whiffs a 13 frame, how fast do I have to whiff punish?
Depends on the recovery frames of the move which are completely independent of the starting frames.
There isn’t one answer to this cause every moves recovery frames are different
startup frames, active frames, recovery when blocked, recovery when whiffed, these are all different things
Just start with a simple whiff punish, like 112, or something that will reach b12
