Crash Hard has quite a few videos of a large Figure-8 track that he did demo-derby racing on. BeamNG was originally - and still is, last I looked - a commercial crash-simulator for companies/businesses. I think an early version had been either obtained by someone, or video of it in action made it online, and people exposed interest in it as a game... The rest, is history, as they say!

I think there is an untapped market for supercharged nitrous injected minivans.
Toyota built a supercharged minivan back in the late 80's to early 90's: the OG Previa. Also Dodge did a turbo Caravan around the same time.
