I believe what you say. I think this is the harmony between man and nature. Appreciate the majesty, uncanny craftsmanship and infinite charm of nature's mountains and rivers. Create a perfect picture that will always be cherished in people's hearts. I love nature!
I haven't been there for 30 years and am now motivated more than ever to return. Thanks for posting. It made my week. Your shots captured the area to perfection.
The aesthetics of the shots in the video are like something from another world. You are truly gifted at telling the mood of the scenery in your images. Thank you for sharing these moments with us.
The North Cascades are gorgeous. I used to live in Arlington, not far from many wonderful hiking trails. I went hiking almost every day in the non winter months during my 20's and 30's. I had a job that started early in the morning and I would bring my hiking gear to work then I would hit the trail by 3pm, did this almost entirely alone. I moved a few years ago and I miss the pacific NW. I live in the mountains of SE Idaho and go hiking and mountain biking on occasion but I'm getting older sadly, can't do it everyday like I used to be able to. Three fingers I've done twice and loved my time at the old lookout.
I am an avid hiker but this is too much for me as I near 60. Crazy next level stuff right here. Thanks you so much for allowing me to make that hike vicariously thru you. Thumbs way ...so hardcore amazing!
I know drones are not allowed in the wilderness, but I'm so glad some people ignore that. The drone footage is truly amazing. Without it, I'd never be able to experience that view.
I just find it fascinating that there are so many cameras so conveniently placed along the trail! Captures his movements perfectly! It must be frustrating to have a place a camera, walk back and then past it walk away from it and then go back and retrieve it. Looks like a hard enough trek without having to do it essentially three times.
lol, exactly! By the time he made it to the cabin, He was deathly tired on his climb over the top of the ladder. The things people do for YT views. Please be careful, falling to ones death for YT, isn't worth it.
Absolutely magnificent scenery, but no way in my life time would I ever drive, pedal, walk, climb and go up a couple ladders to get there. So thanks for taking us along to see it all... Thumbs Up!

There is a very good description of a thunder storm experienced by one of the rangers. He spent a lot of time sitting in the middle of the cabin scared !!

Thank you for sharing this stunning video. It looks so different to me without all the snow. I climbed it twice many years ago, there was so much snow even in August.
Growing up down the street from there and hiking all over Western WA, this was awesome to see. The amount of time to setup all these beautiful shots is incredible. I like the part where your car didn’t get broken into. 😊 Mountain Loop is sadly a big spot for theft and vandalism. Thanks for sharing this video.

Hiked this in my early forties, the road was open then. We camped at goat flats after we came down from the lookout. Im not good with heights, and what he didn't show was the shear drop off on the north side of the finger. Going up the second ladder, you look right down that drop off. It was a beautiful sunset that night. I'll never forget that hike. And I've been to lots of beautiful areas in my years of hiking.
I lived in Stanwood for right on 9 years and I've been in the Darrington area but I never knew there was a mountain hut on top of Three Fingers. You learn something everyday. Washington did not want to let me leave.

Kraig, just getting to the top you must have worked out and got in shape to endure this kind of summit. It was unreal.
