  • Today we are going to build an automated AI Sentiment Analysis bot that we can use to accurately identify the sentiment of our customers and enable us and our AAA (AI Automation Agency) clients to make more informed business decisions.
Sentiment analysis holds a crucial role in today's data-driven world. It is instrumental in helping individuals, businesses, and organizations understand the emotional tone and context behind the vast amounts of textual data generated daily. By analyzing sentiment, we can gauge public opinion, customer satisfaction, and trends in real-time. This valuable insight enables businesses to make informed decisions, fine-tune their products and services, and effectively engage with their target audience.
In this video I am going to show you how to create an automated AI Sentiment Analysis bot by using Browse AI, ChatGPT and Make.com. We are going to start by building a Browse AI bot that can scrape the comments from one of my RUclips videos (you can scrape whatever data you'd like to for your unique business needs). We will then hop into Make.com to build our automated workflow. We will use ChatGPT to perform our sentiment analysis ensuring we get an accurate reflection of the tone and sentiment of each respective RUclips comment. We will then dynamically send our sentiment score to one of two Airtable databases where we can further manage our relationships. This will all happen automatically. Let's get right into it!

Thanks for featuring Browse AI in your video (and for demonstrating how to connect to Make). Such an interesting use case :)

Love it! I built it. myself thanks to your awesome video. But I always only get one comment into the gpt module. Do you have a clue how I can get all the comments I pull from Browse AI?

This not really will be profitable, just using API would be better.
