Link & Rargh are allowed to gather loot from any boss in OSRS, but they are not allowed to keep two drops from the same boss. After three hours of searching for loot, we gather our chosen drop... then we fight!

Honestly, Torag Hammers rolling two attacks at half power each would make them interesting as a more consistent damage option. That effectively pushes their dps closer to their average output with higher consistency.

@@Rargh Group Ironman vs Group Ironman, can multilog during prep time but only fight 1v1 during fight time.
Could be a really nice idea, one person playing a set of group ironmen and make one champion for the fights. Maybe even add area restrictions per account or something.

Link and rargh play by different rules. Rargh locks in at the time link locks in after all the drops

I believe by “one loot” they mean they were allowed to pick any loot from one of their kills. Because the crabs and super combats were from one drop, it was allowed.
Same reason why they were allowed to use all loot from their cluescrolls and why Rargh was allowed to take the fedora along with his potato drop

One of the best challenge videos in ages! Lots of bosses to pick from, lots of drops to choose from, and the options getting focused one way or the other as you get drops. Meant you both, whilst you went for the same combat style, ended up using completely different gear, had choices to make (who chooses to bring Torag's hammers, come on!)
Please keep this as the default intro. Great song, great delivery style.
Here's an idea I wanna call 'double trouble' you both kill every boss (including slayer ones) that have multiple drop rolls (muspah, vork, GGs, zulrah, hydra, wildy bosses etc etc) TWICE then the other person blind picks which of the two KCs you get to keep the loot from.
Sounds nice, similar idea:
Pick your best 28 drops, the other person blind picks 14 to alch. The other 14 items can be brought to the fight and the money from alching can be used to buy from shops before the fight.

I have and Idea if you have not done this allready. But first gear slot you get is that what you must use or after risking it.
(For example, trying to get Vamb's from Dust Devils, but get and Addy Axe, that is your weapon)
More Specific Rules:
- No Bosses, GWD's regular Monsters are ok.
- No more than 1 drop per Monsters.
- After Getting all possible gear slots, if you got something that you didn't want. You can "Risk" it. On another Monster to get a a new slot item. But you have to use the new one even if it's worse
-Clues can be completed and rewards can be used.
hahaha does Rargh get roasted for taking in the super combat? Surely! :D Purely innocent move from him to be fair. He also did not give himself the option to choose what he wanted after moving on to another boss like Link did (i.e. Rargh locked in the Fedora from crazy arch and didnt let himself take the prayer pot, link could choose between torags items after seeing what else he got) so a bit of give both ways! I just wish those torags hammers ended him though!! Next time Link :D
An idea just in case you like it, you have a certain amount of time preparing yourselves with the rules you want, but the idea is that at the end there will be a wheel to pick whether you use melee, ranged or magic, so you don't know which one you'll do while you're preparing

Before watchin I'm jus so happy to see a b4 we fight, I know shit takes time but as something to work on its communicating the consistency of ur uploads, not the amount. That's wat keeps us followers engaged (knowing when to feel hyped rather than just... We've uploaded) hope tht makes sense and helps

Yall should do a 12 hour challenge. Give opportunity to get full dragon +whip or whatever in the first 3-4 hours, but then have time to do raids or other content to come up with some lottery gear

He was also originally planning to bring both the onyx bolts and the dragon longsword so I was confused. I’m guess since they were dropped on the same drop it was allowed?

The D-long was good, but the fedora tip on the bones was the actual lethal bit.
I couldn't imagine anyone wearing a fedora to have a D long but here we are.
Should do a challenge where you pick a list of monsters/bosses and you can kill as many as you want until you get a collection log item, but then cannot kill any more of that monster/boss after you get a collection log item. Would be more long format, but would be cool to see BCP or something like that end up in one of these vids
I think this woulda been more interesting as a fight with 4 bosses, 1 hour each, take 2 items per.

For link. You could argue that doing any boss just for locking in any gear the boss drops. There didn’t seem to be rules about picking 2 weapons for 2 bosses then deciding before they meet which to take. Wasted that last 16 minutes. But you can’t blame the guy. Easy to think of this stuff in the third person

Video idea: 10m cap, purchase items off GE starting with letters A, B, C, D, etc. preparing for each combat style fights.
Food could be stacks of a letter, like 'L - Lobster x28'

I think for 3 weeks or was it 3 months that torag's hammer's use to have a specail attack where they double hit also their speed was like a d scim . but then it was taken away . with the power creep in the game . would like to see torag showed some love he kinda my fav Barrow brother .

What about a challange simular like this with a 3h timespam but you need to pre-call the item you want and kill the monster untill you get it to move on to the next one. So your plan is fixed but its more rng based?

Torag's hammers should hit twice honestly with the second hit having reduced damage or something
They just updated it actually. It now rolls the same hit it used too, but just splits it in 2. So same dps, just visual
The super combat made the difference
I'd love one where you guys have a set amount of food/ammo/prayer and try to get gear and once you run out that's it.
