Hii, I was really lucky because merit-based scholarship is awarded upon admission for my program. I guess for other programs it would need to be at least after the admission decisions come out

Hey! I'm currently an ib student and i got predicted a 36/42 without the tok and ee points. Do you think I could be accepted by Kyoto iup or should i aim for higher? (considering i'd like to enter the faculty of economics)

Hello! I am doing International baccalaureate diploma at the moment and I wonder if you maybe know what is the average final examination score that would get accepted? I am interested in the iup at kyoto and I wonder how hard is it to learn japanese parallelly with the course and how much time you need to spend studying (in general)? I'm sorry if these questions are too specific, thanks a lot for your videos, they're very helpful :)
Hi! It might depend on your major but maybe aim for a 41+. I think the language comes naturally once you get immersed in the environment so don't worry too much about it. 漢字 would definitely require some effort 🙌. let me know if there's any other questions you have!

I got rejected by Kyoto iup, but got accepted at APU. But I will not give up, am planning to apply for graduate studies at Kyoto after 4 years

Hello sister 😊. I am from south asia india. I am planning for Kyoto IUP in Physics major. I will be applying in November. I have 94% in class 12th (maths-99, Physics-93, chemistry-92..) . I will be giving TOEFL IBT HOME, SAT , ACT. I have also done some robotics projects and social work😊. As for the subject requirements should i take all of Sat, Act ,Eju or any of the one will work? Thank u ❤❤
Hiii I'm not sure what stats other applicants had but I feel like yours are very solid, definitely try applying!!! just choosing one between sat, act, eju for the subject tests will be enough. good luck 🍀

Hii, what facilities are you specifically thinking of? there are many libraries, canteens, tennis courts (tho you need to join a tennis circle), outdoor swimming pool. thinking of doing a campus tour in the autumn ☺️

@@AthoofaMohamed ahhh I'm from faculty of engineering. you can also choose science, economics, law etc.
I already applied last year, is it possible to apply again this year?

@@likatube ohh that's good to hear. Also, what do you think is the basis to pass the first screening? Is it grades, sat scores, ielts scores or essays?
@@kinggundam327 I'm not so sure about this, but probably gpa...? a strong essay definitely boosts!
