Dude I am a big fan of USRPT.. Coaching for last 6 years here in India and seeing marvellous result in less yardages , but still Coaches here don’t appreciate this kinda training.. They take it as a set or workout but not a training format.. Which sometimes makes swimmers confused and they are unable to decide between USRPT or Traditional ‘ GARBAGE YARDAGE’ workout.. How to sort it out?

Great points! Perhaps there is room for traditional, mixed training, and all USRPT? That's the great thing, different strokes 🏊for different folks
I did this in the sixties when we only had a 20yard pool 🏊♂️ swam some of my best sprints
