My nephew attends a SSPV chapel on Long Island and is planning to marry at this Chapel . My nephew was raised Roman Catholic but has left the Church to attend SSPV . My question vis ; as a Roman Catholic can I attend this marriage, be a witness to this marriage at a SSPV chapel. Thank you
