Hello I'm new to your channel. I'm 55, divorced (then he died in 2020), and I've been on my own since 2009. Yeah, a loooong time. 😩 Still parenting two kids left at home (23 and 17). My older sons are on their own ... They're 35 (he's married with a toddler ❤️) and 32 (single). I'm disabled with MS, Fibromyalgia, & Lymphedema... Sounds fun, right? 😜 Doing keto for pain relief from swelling and inflammation, lost 20 lbs. But it has taken 3 months. So hello 👋🤗 that's me. Nice to be here.
Good morning welcome to my channel. Sorry for the loss. I to am divorced twice and I have two sons that are grown and living their lives. I just moved from Florida and working. Was in a relationship and now I am trying to loss 100 lbs it has not been easy. As soon as I moved back 2 week’s later my is diagnosed with cancer and he only made it for 2 months after that. So I am an emotional eater and crave sweets when I am down. Life is difficult at times but I have to get thru it and try to do the best I can
I am so happy you have lost 20 lbs that is an amazing accomplishment. Are you still trying to lose or are you maintaining? Thank you so much for sharing your journey with me. I look forward to you being here.
Good Morning Kim, I just got back home from a girls trip to Tennessee. Definitely over indulging took place. Right back on tracking now. Planning on ACTIVITY today. I am sure your Yoga & Weight Loss is a big part of you feeling GOOD. 👏👏 ❤️ Love your Video Channel❤️
Please strengthen your hip flexors!!! And check out videos of that here on RUclips as well as videos on improving your walking technique because you would be surprised how weak calves can negatively impact walking and cause your hips to engage and THAT is problematic!! Hope this makes sense and helps!!
Its lack of electrolytes giving you cramps in your legs. Try drinking a tbsp or 2 (just a couple of sips) of dill pickle juice. I know it sounds weird, but it works every time for everyone I tell to do it. It happens a lot when you are losing weight and especially if you are cutting carbs down. I am post weight loss surgery and had to do it when I first came out of surgery since I was losing so fast (severe cramping of legs, especially my calves/feet. When you go out to eat, let someone else take the leftovers home. Lastly, you have to be in it for the long haul. Its not a sprint, its a lifelong, change of the way you eat forever. You are doing great though, losing 12 pounds!
Thank you so much for the advice. I had heard the same thing about pickle juice. It’s nice to know cramps are from weight loss. Wasn’t putting that in the equation. Thank you for subscribing to my channel i look forward to more chats with you .
