    In this video I will be showing you how to bypass those horrific jog arms that come from the factory. This modification will be incorporating all the jog function and bending into a single foot petal that has two switches or pedals one for the jog and one for the bending.

    4-pin Aviation Connector: amzn.to/3Y9nwhh
    Male Spade Quick Splice Crimp: amzn.to/3NtMra9

    Hey thanks so much for the video! I've got this brake arriving to my work's shop this week and I used your helpful links to order everything for the rework. This is a kind reminder to change the wire gauge you listed from 18 to 22 like you mention at the end of your video ;).

    I could see several other features that could be improved or deleted from the software or machine to make it more user friendly, since you are an experienced engineer, i look forward to the mods you will certainly come up with to refine the titan :)

    Great video thanks for taking the time to share this info with everyone. I curious how will you go about bleeding the cylinders independently of one another now that both switches are wired together essentially?

    • @RathaSochenda
      @RathaSochenda  3 месяца назад +1

      Anytime! To bleed each cylinder just simply unplug the y-cable harness and connect as if you were to connecting to one jog button for each side. Then when one cylinder is bled you just switch the connector to the other jog button wires. When done just reconnect back to how you had them wired in parallel. that’s the benefit of using those male spade terminals easy to disconnect and reconnect

    As long as it's safe. My uncle lost half his index finger on a press. I have come hair raisingly close, more than once.

    Agree with a comment below a couple of features could be dealt with. I just finished this modification on my brake and like it considerably more than factory feature!

      Awesome! Hopefully this saves more people from smacking their head against those arms. Now keeps those fingers safe!

    I'm wondering how to take this a step further...would it be possible to use the factory footpedal,and wire the safety and the jog together, so the first press activates the safety and the jog, and the double tap makes the bend?

    • @AUMINER1
      @AUMINER1 27 дней назад

      or...two pedals, and the left activates the safety and the jog at the same time, and the left the bend? would REALLY like to get rid of the double tapping redundancy, that is gong to make both my feet hurt when running production.
