As a grown-up I am finding it impossible to listen to an English conversation and stop making up the meaning. The listening and meaning extraction are too automatic when you know the language. So, if Sadhguru is able to do this at will, I think it is a bizarre superpower.*
Listen to conversations which are not in a language understood by you. Imagine how the words that make sense to you would sound to a person not knowing English. For e.g. the word 'London' refers to a city but in my place it refers to the loo. Not because it means that in the local language here, but because the sound in the word imitates the sound made by people in the loo !!! Find such funny sounding words and de-construct them of the verbal sense. With little perseverance you will be the proud wielder of this bizarre superpower ! Side effect is tat one will be able to communicate with animals better !
Its not a matter of superpower. Its a matter of limited perspective. Learn another language, open yourself to universal perspective: unlimited aliens races cultures languages and life form.

First, make all you can to solve the problems you consider the most urgent, ones that bring you the most pressure right now. Once done, set up a place where you can create a good mood/ambiance for meditation. Take your time and enjoy the satisfaction of what you have accomplished. Stay tuned to that feeling the longest you can. The nature of your emotions should change. Same goes for your energy.
Contemplate that new mindset, stay tuned to what you'd feel. You'll feel a connection to something very wide, pleasant and limitless inside you. Explore that, keep calm breathe while doing so and try to feel things. Your body and energy will organize itself.
Go through that process and keep going until you find your own marks. If you really want to understand, you will have to put the efforts and start somewhere. But it's doable!
say for example: you wish to wake up at 5 to study or do some other task but when you wake up at 5, ur mind convinces that we can manage studying even we wake at 6 and u go for sleep again without having much control helplessly.

He talks about a generation of people having lot of comforts, as technology is certainly making life comfortable for whole lot of people. However, the world still have people who are poor, hungry and deprived. Poor can be helped when the class of people enjoying a very comfortable life plan to look little beyond the self and do something to make someone's life better on the ground. Try not to pull, anything to everything, to create controversy
