I drew Pluto and Daisy there! :D I missed this place, now that it's gone..... 😱I've been drawing for years, and now it's just devastating as an artist to see the fun of drawing at this place going away!!! 😭 Even Disney Quest is gone, because it had a drawing class as well! 😖
As far as I remember, Disney is pretty relaxed on the video recording rule. It's the no flash photography that is asked to not be done, for several reasons. One, because it can bother other guests experience, and often time can expose the magic behind the attractions. It's just more out of courtesy, really.
I am on the fence with this one. It has existed since the opening day of Hollywood Studios and has featured a wonderful view of animation of Disney films, so I would have been fine if this attraction stayed. The attraction that replaced it was Star Wars Launch Bay, which I love, though it was possible for the Animation Academy to stay.
I wish Hollywood studios still had this
Xl Ranger42 so sad 😭

Going to admit, I love the Disneyland version due to the room, but this one at wdw has got a more calmer feel..awesome video

We get permission. There are a handful of parks that let normal visitors film though.
I was wondering, how do you manage to film the rides that have a rule against cameras? Or do you just film the rides with out a no camera rule?

They got rid of this in addition to the Disney Quest one?! So much for inspiring the next generation of animators! You suck Disney!
