I just can’t do the outside backward edge. My ankle drops and it shift onto inside edge. I also can’t get the lean into inside while going backwards 😢😭 I’ve been trying for six months now 😩
Ankle dropping suggests a correction insole in your boot and some remedial exercise may be of assistance. Ice Skating takes any postural anomaly (great or small) and places a big spotlight on it. Remember, we balance on a knife edge 🙂
