So what I do is, while I work on stuff, I put Jeremy's beatmaking videos in the background (listening to the Digitakt ones these days), which is fun and good music, but then suddenly 13:47 hit and man, it kinda made me cry, it made me stop, like a wave of emotion and goosebumps, whoaaah! Thank you sir, wish that everything is great for you too, seriously. You dont wanna know how much I listen to your channel as a backtrack to life. Thank you.
at a time when I'm considering whether to get a Digitakt, MPC One, or some other central brain of my setup I stumble on your channel. I think your Digitakt videos clearly demonstrate something to me, which is, that having a somewhat limited set of features does not equate to a restricted creative experience. The more I watch, the more I feel less really is more when it comes to being creative. Thanks...your videos are truly inspirational dude.
Everyone talking about the second beat, but that first beat is an absolute GROOVE. The jumpy pace on that nice understated beat had my head bobbing. Great work.
If I see 90s House ANYWHERE, I'm clicking. I grew up on the south side of Chicago with a dad who was a DJ that spun house records so house has always been my favorite genre!
At this point I feel obligated to comment on these digitakt videos so you'll keep putting them out! I'm just gonna keep commenting in hopes that it works and you never stop putting out delicious digitakt content! I always get so many ideas when you jam out like this ♥️♥️♥️
Haha that working from home line got me. My Digitone definitely comes to my aid when working from home gets rough.. Also, I loved the vibes in that last song - so good
I know nothing about music production, but every time you put out a video it makes me want to spend a lot of money on synths and boxes I have no idea how to use. Keep it up!
Can you chain patterns? Sounds amazing man love the SOUND this puts out there’s a richness in every video I’ve ever watched compared to other machines including Maschine and MPC. Has its own distinct texture man that’s the only way I can describe it.
I love when I hear music that inspires vocals. For those of us that aspire to be producers and composers, it is an amazing feeling. If you are lucky enough to produce vocals yourself, it boarders on euphoric.
The best thing about the digitackt is it's a sampler. using sample packs seems counterintuitive. and just scratches the surface of this instruments real potential.
Nice beats man I need to get my head around this thing. It can do slice and time stretch now which is a bonus. Only got this a while back. Amazing machine for sure ☺️
Holy shit! I was not really familiar with the Elektron, but this little thing seems to be able to do a ton of stuff and your expert control of it is impressive. I may have to think about picking one of these up. Thanks for the video and demonstrating your impressive skills.
Wait what? Loving hearing ting that second track build up then suddenly it was awesome? 😳 Scary good. I can get halfway to a good sound then get excited and delete by accident lol. This thing is crazy addictive, was up till 4.30am yesterday tweaking and up for work at 6.30, get this machine away from me.
Hi Jeremy, thank you for a very kind tutorial(ish) of Digitakt I've tried to follow it the best I could and I clearly need more practice keep up the good work man, We really appreciate it Cheers!
Love this one! So cool to see you dive into the digitakt this way. Trying to get to the point where I learn from gear vids without the gnawing need to also buy the gear in the vid haha
"That sounds like a fucking snare" This is me every time I'm digging through drum samples looking for the right sound without knowing specifically what I'm looking for. I also frequently curse the idiot who organized these samples, ignoring the fact that the idiot was me.
Elektron seems to be principal based. Because you can sculpt sounds from nothing with this thing. Plus it looks rugged and like a machine. Not some GQ device from native instruments, it looks like it can do some damage.
I'm thinking about trading my opz with the line module for one of these plus maybe some money... Is this more versatile than the opz? I'm kind of new to sequencers and programming and the opz is / easy to learn and make stuff on. Is this easy to learn and is the digitakt a good machine?
Very good demo songs! After listening to your creations for a couple of minutes I now have the feeling that I need a Digitakt very badly. 😆
that second beat is something special man
Read the comments about “the second beat” before I got to it. You’re not lying or even exaggerating.

That second beat hit me in my core. Thank you. Everything is great for me, thanks for asking. Thanks for sharing your talents with us.

You and me both fam 79th and Ashland whaddup!
that second beat is literally something else Jeremy. you never cease to impress me.

The second beat gave me the shimmers
Really enjoying this series and picking up some new things to try with the Digitakt.
You are so cool! A huge creative role model for me, and so many others ❤️ Keep up the awesome music!!
Haha that working from home line got me. My Digitone definitely comes to my aid when working from home gets rough.. Also, I loved the vibes in that last song - so good
beautiful
Damm that last one.... I LOVE it !! Thank you so much for all of these vids ❤
I know nothing about music production, but every time you put out a video it makes me want to spend a lot of money on synths and boxes I have no idea how to use.
Keep it up!
especially in the case of Elektron hardware, they are notoriously difficult to use :)
@@LaurentLaborde they really aren't, to master yes, to use, no

Yay! Thanks for this. Loving the all the recent diggytork jambs.
I'd pay money for that second beat made into a good long song
Same, it's great.
Absolutely!
Word second track is great. Made my day.

@@osrthejourney I personally prefer no vocals, but to each their own.
Well that brightened my day! Thank you Jeremy.
Oh man, that second one is soooo lovely. Just what I needed today.
Every video I watch I love
9:40 is where the fun begins... love this man!
That second one though
Again you are a genius when it comes to creating beats. Making it look so effortless. So cool to watch you work.
That 2nd beat is something else. Needs making into a full length track...
looooove that second beat, please expand! You da bomb diggity Jeremy.
Well that second creation was just plain lovely.❤ Dare I say I may….have to….finally get one of these little monsters?
Intro is what I usually do when I see a toy like this hahaha!
Thank you for doing those videos! The music is great and watching you build those tunes is inspirational! I hope you too have good days :)
As usual, amazing! Couldn't of clicked on this any faster!
The best thing about the digitackt is it's a sampler. using sample packs seems counterintuitive. and just scratches the surface of this instruments real potential.
Agree
Nice beats man I need to get my head around this thing. It can do slice and time stretch now which is a bonus. Only got this a while back. Amazing machine for sure ☺️
Goddammit you made me buy a digitakt! I loved the last Videos so much. What a wonderful talent you have! Have a great sunday ☀️
NICE! I always love some digitakt action.
That second beat had a great Chem Bros Private Psychedelic Reel vibe to it. Loved it!
Holy shit! I was not really familiar with the Elektron, but this little thing seems to be able to do a ton of stuff and your expert control of it is impressive. I may have to think about picking one of these up. Thanks for the video and demonstrating your impressive skills.
It's like Smooth Jazz Techno ;)
I think the Digitakt is my fav piece of gear I own. It's such an inspiration and so fun to jam with. I just wish it had more than 1GB of storage!
Same!!!
it doesn't support external storage? sd card?
@@prsmo Nope. Only internal
Always get pumped when I tune in here...so many rad ideas, good vibes & peeps 🤘🏾🤖💚🤙🏽
Yo jeremy that second one is special
I vote that you keep doing these! Also, the second beat in particular shows how it's advantageous to do drums last. :)
Keep this Digitackt train goin! Woop Woop!
Hey, Jeremy. I really appreciate the uplifting words and even more-so uplifting beats. Thanks for being genuine and I hope you have a great day too!
Sometimes I hate how effortlessly musical you are. Sometimes.
But that second beat is not one of those times. 💕
don't think it's effortless...probably loads of time spent doing music
@@Maxi3242 he means jeremy makes it look effortless.
Damn this was a musical adventure, fire asf bro.

That first beat reminds background music in every cruise club Ive ever been into. I mean vibes
Adam, you've been busy! How come I never get notifications for your vids, bro? I have to play catch up now...
I love that fake opera solo! Even tried to add the acapella to a track of mine.
I bow to your expertise
The Digitakt is my FAAAVOURITE
Damn that was sweet! Can’t wait to get home and mess with my Digitakt!
please keep making these.
0:39 - We call that ASMRMR
Supr track you make here !!!!
Sounds awesome!💥💥💥
12:30 I feel like Super Mario, holding a wand, falling through some clouds...
Now I want one !
Second track was gorgeous! First track reminded me of how bad some 90s music was! 😄
aw that cute dog! i don't understand anything about how to make music and i'm in awe of your talent. Have a great day!
Hi Jeremy, thank you for a very kind tutorial(ish) of Digitakt
I've tried to follow it the best I could and I clearly need more practice
keep up the good work man, We really appreciate it
Cheers!
Love this one! So cool to see you dive into the digitakt this way. Trying to get to the point where I learn from gear vids without the gnawing need to also buy the gear in the vid haha
Loved both,
but that second one was 🔥
So cool! Love this
amazing....
“Sounds like the bad fake opera from the 5th elemnt “
🤣🤣🤣
Man I really thought this said 90s R&B and now I can't get it out of my head hahah
Soo much inspiring!!
At first beat I was like - heh I can do that on my DT - on second beat I was actually amazed
My goodness
I agree with the rest. Man, that 2nd beat ought to be a full song!
Amazing stuff as always Jeremy!
Bangers !
LOVE IT!❤
Love this guy
"That sounds like a fucking snare"
This is me every time I'm digging through drum samples looking for the right sound without knowing specifically what I'm looking for. I also frequently curse the idiot who organized these samples, ignoring the fact that the idiot was me.
Radical brah!
Made the 2nd beat on my Maschine which made it easier to make on my Digitakt. Making music is fun! :D
Thanks bro.
Elektron seems to be principal based. Because you can sculpt sounds from nothing with this thing. Plus it looks rugged and like a machine. Not some GQ device from native instruments, it looks like it can do some damage.
Well done !!
Makes my Circuit seem manageable.
Alright, dammit. I'll get it. lol.
My day is good
Thank you.
I Love you.
Hope your day is just as good
more lofi house pls!!
oh wow that 5th element reference lol.
Zoomiez! Oh hai doggy!
The drum beat at 8:00 sounds a bit like on the 1991 Kraftwerk album _The Mix_ 😂
Cool and thanks!
Marvelous!!
These were amazing but I will not accept slander against The Diva Dance
are your white led´s under the buttons also blue in the dark? looks very bad on mine and its already the second unit I got :-(
Please do a octatrack video 🙋♂️👌🖖
I'm thinking about trading my opz with the line module for one of these plus maybe some money... Is this more versatile than the opz? I'm kind of new to sequencers and programming and the opz is / easy to learn and make stuff on.
Is this easy to learn and is the digitakt a good machine?
I’m surprised you never got a analog 4 or octatrack
🐐
How you gonna throw shade at The Diva Dance like that?
I love it
I'm sorry but 5th Element is 10/10 including opera song!! :) Remember movie was made 1999 ? It was amazing back then and now still is imho
could you please recommend some musicians or bands that you like that make these types of beats?
I'd check out 100% Silk, Jacktone, and 1080P (all three are pretty dope house labels). All three have Bandcamp pages where you can sample their stuff.
@@UnconsciousChanting Thank you so very much!
So cooool
