I have zero experience for the last job i interviewed for and of course they asked about that. I answered that with the utmost confidence and I felt the interview in general was more of a breeze than an internal anxiety attack . I just bombed into this few hours to my interview,went for the interview and few minutes into the interview process,the interviewer said you are all we have been looking for,you are hired after just asking, tell me about yourself.He said I already highlighted all that he was going to ask and the rest of the interview process was just more of Him and I discussing. Thank you Sir.
Had an interview today! And after like an hour after the interview I got a phone saying I got the job! One of the top things that helped me achieve this was by memorising short scripts and trying to memorise as many answers to questions as possible. Another top thing to do would be to memorise words that sound professional and similar to yourself and remember to “sell yourself” meaning you need to show them why you are going be a great investment to their company. They love confidence! Go show them what your made of 🤝👌 Finally, thanks for all your videos ! They have taught me all of this and now the only way is up for me! 🔥

@@CareerVidz I have noted in my 2 previous interviews and from information I received from a friend about her interviews that questions around inclusion and diversity are gaining prominence. On this last one they asked my understanding of inclusion and diversity, the one before asked what I can do to help improve inclusion and diversity. I don't remember the exact questions my friend has had but it was around equality, inclusion and diversity.I don't know if others have had similar experience. I had an interview last week at the hospital they ask me "what is your weakness? I told them I don't believe in weakness, I believe in improvement. Two recruiters were shocked by my answers in a good way. The manager shows me the tour around the department. They had never asked me what is your strength but I do have another hospital interview this coming up Monday maybe I can focus on all the questions they gonna ask me. Wish me luck!!!

I've been giving my answers to your videos, just because I find it entertaining. I don't have a problem with job interviews. I have never waited on a call back from a company, I'm always hired on the spot. Last one, 4 months ago, my current company bought my contract for 2800 dollars before the interview finished. I've already been promoted. I'd say, as weird as it sounds, establish dominance in your interview. You will get hired if you reverse it on them.

I havent landed my dream job yet but I just stumbled on your YT - I felt more comfortable in my last interview. I have zero experience for the last job i interviewed for and of course they asked about that. I answered that with the utmost confidence and I felt the interview in general was more of a breeze than an internal anxiety attack . I was asked this question during my interview and this is my answer. I believe that my greatest strength is the ability to solve problems and focus under pressure. I can see any given situation from multiple perfectives which make me complete my work even under challenging conditions.

I just bombed into this few hours to my interview,went for the interview and few minutes into the interview process,the interviewer said you are all we have been looking for,you are hired after just asking, tell me about yourself.He said I already highlighted all that he was going to ask and the rest of the interview process was just more of Him and I discussing.

Had an interview today! And after like an hour after the interview I got a phone saying I got the job! One of the top things that helped me achieve this was by memorising short scripts and trying to memorise as many answers to questions as possible.
Another top thing to do would be to memorise words that sound professional and similar to yourself and remember to “sell yourself” meaning you need to show them why you are going be a great investment to their company. They love confidence! Go show them what your made of 🤝👌
Finally, thanks for all your videos ! They have taught me all of this and now the only way is up for me! 🔥

@@CareerVidz I have noted in my 2 previous interviews and from information I received from a friend about her interviews that questions around inclusion and diversity are gaining prominence. On this last one they asked my understanding of inclusion and diversity, the one before asked what I can do to help improve inclusion and diversity. I don't remember the exact questions my friend has had but it was around equality, inclusion and diversity.I don't know if others have had similar experience. Thanks again for the very helpful videos.

I had an interview last week at the hospital they ask me "what is your weakness? I told them I don't believe in weakness, I believe in improvement. Two recruiters were shocked by my answers in a good way. The manager shows me the tour around the department. They had never asked me what is your strength but I do have another hospital interview this coming up Monday maybe I can focus on all the questions they gonna ask me. Wish me luck!!!

I've been giving my answers to your videos, just because I find it entertaining. I don't have a problem with job interviews. I have never waited on a call back from a company, I'm always hired on the spot. Last one, 4 months ago, my current company bought my contract for 2800 dollars before the interview finished. I've already been promoted. I'd say, as weird as it sounds, establish dominance in your interview. You will get hired if you reverse it on them.
