• Give 3 strengths that are going to appeal to the hiring manager.
• Most people say - professional, enthusiastic, and hard-working! DO NOT SAY THESE!

• Give strengths that are unique, and that will make the interviewer sit up and listen.
• This is your opportunity to show you can ADD VALUE to their business.

Once you have told the interviewer your strengths, back up your claims with evidence.

#1 - DISCIPLINED AND FOCUSED.
You can be relied upon to concentrate on tasks and do things to the necessary standard.
#2 - FLEXIBLE AND VERSATILE.
You will help the business by being adaptable in your role, and by taking on tasks outside of your normal job remit.

This means you are an innovative problem-solver. You will always seek ways to overcome problems and challenges as and when they occur.

On weakness, I used 5 & 11.
I said that over promising and under delivering drives me crazy. He said, "yes, we TRY not to do that because it doesn't end well for anybody". Just got the job today! Thanks so much!!

Hmmm not going to lie, thank you Lord, and thank you sir. I took 2 interview since I came to Germany. Everything sounds good to me, but like it not good enough 🤦🏽♀️. So I had one on Saturday, so I'm waiting to here if I got selected. Any how got a called yesterday for and interview today at 11:00 am. I say Lord u take the lead and I will follow. Didn't slept good last night, because I need a job. I got up this morning around 5am. Say my praise asual. And start to go true You Tube channel, I bounce up a few but sir this really help. I was asked this question during my interview and this is my answer. I believe that my greatest strength is the ability to solve problems and focus under pressure. I can see any given situation from multiple perfectives which make me complete my work even under challenging conditions.

Had an interview today! And after like an hour after the interview I got a phone saying I got the job! One of the top things that helped me achieve this was by memorising short scripts and trying to memorise as many answers to questions as possible.
Another top thing to do would be to memorise words that sound professional and similar to yourself and remember to “sell yourself” meaning you need to show them why you are going be a great investment to their company. They love confidence! Go show them what your made of 🤝👌

@@CareerVidz I have noted in my 2 previous interviews and from information I received from a friend about her interviews that questions around inclusion and diversity are gaining prominence. On this last one they asked my understanding of inclusion and diversity, the one before asked what I can do to help improve inclusion and diversity. I don't remember the exact questions my friend has had but it was around equality, inclusion and diversity.I don't know if others have had similar experience. Thanks again for the very helpful videos.

I had an interview last week at the hospital they ask me "what is your weakness? I told them I don't believe in weakness, I believe in improvement. Two recruiters were shocked by my answers in a good way. The manager shows me the tour around the department. They had never asked me what is your strength but I do have another hospital interview this coming up Monday maybe I can focus on all the questions they gonna ask me. Wish me luck!!!

"How do you see yourself in 5 years?" My worst nightmare question. Someone fucking kill me. Specially in a chipotle job interview. What if I want to be a doctor in 5 years time ? Are they even awared that most young people working in a fast food restaurant or any restaurant are only there temporarily? Obviously I wouldn't work in such place for 2 months but for more than 5 years? 😩😭

@@CareerVidz ajajaa no but seriously, how do you answer to that ? Because I had that question in interviews before and its seriously a trick question. I'm not even sure if I should tell the truth or made up some weird stuff like "yes I want to be a chipotle manager myself"
@@ACM1PT95 I would personally answer it by saying this... "I would consider staying with your company for the long-term, and providing you are happy with my performance, which I genuinely think you will be, I would hope to have gained advancement in 5 years and be a trusted and reliable member of the company who is committed to the future success of the business." That's the type of response i would personally want to hear because it takes a lot of time and effort to find someone for a job and you don't want them leaving within a few years if you can help it :)
