      Just lift them up, but make sure the bike's stand is already on so that it will stand on by itself after lifting the paddock

    I have just purchased a paddock stand for my KTM 890 thinking that the bobbins are attached to the rear axle spindle. No wonder I did not get anywhere!

    Can you use this stand for the front as well ?

    • @disaffectedmale
      @disaffectedmale Год назад

      No. There is a different design for the front that uses 2 prongs on either side to support beneath the fork legs. You always use the front stand after you've put the bike up on a rear stand. Unless you enjoy watching your bike fall to the ground that is.

    I scratched my bike with the fork paddock stand the very first time i used it.
    I was pissed.
    I should have bent the forks out some to avoid such a tight fit.

    Upright bikes can easily fall to the right the way he is doing it

    these oxford rear paddock stands are everything but 'premium'. absolute garbage. I dont know why I bother with oxford stuff these days, it's all cheap shit - chains, locks, covers, paddock stands it's all cheaply made tat
