Have you tried the app support to tweak their sound? I have other Soundcore devices and the app has varying degrees of influence on each of their performance, IMO, so I'm wondering if it makes a big difference for these or not.
People may find plenty of resealable bags from those Covid test kits. I am considering this or the slightly more expensive a20i. Since your review over 4 months ago, how has the battery life been for you? Anything else worth mentioning, like on ear controls?
Another video did a comparison on the mic quality between different wireless earbuds including the P20i, the mic is very good for earbuds in the price range. It's not as good as your phones mic, but it's plenty good even outdoors in low-wind conditions.

Hi, I have not used the app as I found the audio quality is good on podcasts and music so ive not needed to tweak it.

Hi, the battery life is still the same really good, I dont really use the ear controls myself, still working great !
Do they have transparency mode?

When you are wearing them how much sound is blocked out naturally?
Quite a lot, depends on the volume level you have, they fit better than the cheap ones so do block more external sound out.
