My own arrangement of this Russian folk song. sorry about the mistakes at the end!
Video game 'Tetris' featured similar music as it was programmed by Russians. - Видеоклипы

Very calming and relaxing.

I will come to listen to you!!Good work,dude!!
@pasionxrock
the Russian guitar (the guitar native to Russia) has always been a 7 string guitar since about the 1790s, im playing this piece on a 6 string guitar but. I play 7 string also as you can see in other videos, and the 7 string is tuned different to 6 string guitar, its tuned to Open G
Trotz der kleinen Fehler am Ende, muss ich sagen sehr gut gespielt!
Despite the small errors at the end, I must say you played very well!
Несмотря на небольшие ошибки в конце концов, я должен сказать, сыграл очень хорошо!
awsome and great rich tone..technique!
Thank you so much!
@Firejack95
the folk song was before the game, the song is from the 19th century. but for the game they programmed a similar sounding song.
yes, but the tetris game was also developed by Russian programmers, and incorporated a similar sounding song, im playing the original not tetris.
excellent job
wonderful
Wow, that is so awesome.
this is awesome!

Well done buddy , liked a lot bass and melody line well separated from the accompaniment, Cheers!

Amazing!!
Great and cool!!!!!
wow that was beautiful
wow great job!
...прекрасная игра!
way cool. what a great job! what is your guitar? it is very bright sounding almost like a flamenco but the bass is very rich too. it has to be classical.
Tetris song? Russian tetris beats every other type then!!
Sounds realy good ! :o
Awesome
excuse me but YOU ARE GREAT!!! Thanks for the wonderful cover!!!!!!!!
LINE PIECE!
WOW! Dude could you do a remake of this but just make it a whole lot longer :). I would appreciate that very much.
This is like the 40º time I have watched this video. It's beautifull.
yes, its a classical. it also has that sound because my camera only has 8kz sound quality, i have a different camera now for newer vids.
it definitely is beautiful :)

@Firejack95
they made a song that sounds very very similar to the folk song, its not quite the same, but along the same line
eh? most well known version - no, but actually, the first varint was written by him and then, 16-years old boy re-written the code for IBM PC, his name is Vadim Gerasimov. By the way, now he's a Ph.D in MIT.
You are very good at the guitar! I mean, it sounds as if there were 2 guitars being played.
great!!! :)
bravo
yes i know its not technically proper russian guitar because it on the 6 string, but i also play the 7 string guitar, see my other videos :)
Prekrasno
That's pretty damn cool.
Отлично!
@kpcart will be looking forward to it
Большинство иностранцев знают эту песню именно как "мелодия из тетриса", а название "Коробейники" им ничего не скажет.
grace.

o_0 awesome!
its super
@doom0metal0madness practice it hell ive got to learn it. these melodies, beautiful in their own right, further into song you go, faster AND more complex it becomes. audibly intoxicating
i arranged a version of korobeiniki on guitar too!!!
it's a bit different from this one, but this one is cool too!!
Yes.. Yes... YES... *blocks reach top od the screen* DAMNIT!
bravoo
OMG!CRAZY!
Класс!
@Firejack95 yes, russian programmer Pazhytnov made the game
Make it longer, please!
Well, let's be honest. Korobeiniki must be super poular in russia, but since TETRIS it became popular worlwide. So, it's natural.
@kpcart thx soo much :)
I had no idea a 7 string guitar was called a "Russian Guitar" mind opening.
nice :P
jest bardzo dobry
@Chaingangsoldiernit
one day i will, with more variations.
fucking awesome !
Tetris for the win.
The song was adopted by Nintendo for their gameboy version, because of the game's Russian heritage.
Was the folksong before the game (duh?). Also, the reason I asked is because on one of the main screens of tetris, it shows the Grand Kremiln
zajebiste
i dont play from tabs. the song is just 3 chords Am, E and Dm.
Everybody dance! )))))
yes it is an old Russian song.
w00t i play this song too ^^

Eto -- moya lyubimaya pechya. :)
its my own arrangment so no notes sorry.
I find it annoying that people only rememebr this song as the"Tetris Theme Song" Love ot learn how to play it on the guitar though.
I want to play like you T_T
i was at the family of my girlfriend in russia and i played 3 notes and everybody started singing like crazy :P
I have another version , buth this 1 is betther, i think
ja nie mam mp3
Tetris the song?
So, Russians made Tetris? And they used an old folksong for the soundtrack?
um, communism ended 20 years ago, the people in Russia also didnt like communism.
a russian folk song
haha youve seen the tetris god too? xD
zrub mp3! Jestes lepszy od pan kolpakov :D zrub cd!
i find it pretty funny its a polish player playing russian folk. im not fond of the ruski's because of communism, but noone in europe has better music and dancing than the russians, i mean who the fuck except a russian can dance kazachok:P
