2009: minecraft is currently called: cave game. 2010: minecraft gets the 1.0 update, with cloth (wool), new animations, clouds, and alot more. the chicken is also not the chicken, but the duck. 2011: way more content, it focuses on new blocks, new entitys, and alot. 2012: hunger bar and flat worlds. 2013: redstone era has began, along with the quartz being added. 2014: a strange entity occurring//422run 2015: nothing much, but a new game made by telltale is released, it’s called minecraft story mode. 2016: big update ig. new textures are soon. and the combat update is released! 2017: maps and servers. are you ready for a challenge? 2018: 9 years of boring oceans, now, because of the aquatic update, it’s time to say “hello” to the new creatures living under! 2019: last update of the 2010’s. it’s the villagers and pillagers! experience villagers with jobs, raids, and more!! 2020: after the buzy bees, there are tons of new textures, and finally, *the nether update.* there are so much to experience in this, it brought the game back to life. even when roblox was going downfall! 2021: caves and cliffs are now WAAAY better, along with the angry animal, the goat. although, the update is split. 1.17 and 1.18. 2022: it’s getting pretty wild now. what i mean i’d now there’s a stronger mob then anything else.. THE WARDEN!!! a it’s so powerful, it can two shot you with full netherite armor, or whatever. 2023: let’s get ready for some trails! with the all new (for 1.20.5) wolf armor, your pets survive better!!! new overworld region, the blossom, new characters, and more!!! there’s also layered clothing.. 2024: get ready for some tricky trials! with all new copper blocks, the bogged, breeze, the vault, and more!!! this is the 1.21. it’s releasing in 1 month! or even weeks!
