Very useful and honest content😊 Please make more of these because this business is expanding and in my country little is known about this, any information is useful
@@airbnbgirllaura Really kind of you ❤️ but I'm far in the south-east of Europe, Montenegro, a small mountainous coastal country on the coast of the Adriatic Sea with plenty of wild nature and contrasts The glamping business is here in the initial phase
Thanks you for the information, after years of looking, just recently bought vacant land in CA to start my Glamping project/business. Just having some hesitation due to the economic uncertainty and financial stress. I heard you are starting a project and would like to know your thoughts.
Is the rule on creeks solid or is there a distance from the waterline thats acceptable? Ive been researching codes, and some areas give a 200ft from the waterline depending on floodzones and other factors dealing with environmental preservation.
It’s going to vary by county. I would imagine each is going to have some setback requirements though and you’re exactly right about environmental preservation as the goal. Counties and even states tend to have strict rules around wetlands preservation.
Step 1: move to Texas. Step 2. All the info on this vid about regs, permits, zoning, bullshit, etc. is irrelevant in the Texas hill country Source: me having done it

So glad it’s helpful! What country? I can poke around to see what I can find regarding laws and regulations.

If you build something special, people will visit it. Great structure, great interior design and great amenities, that’s the recipe.

@airbnbgirllaura ... I sigh up on your website today. This is something I've been wanting and waiting to do my entire life.
