The sacrificial system, has nothing to do with the feast has to do with the sacrificial system, and the Levitical priesthood that’s what was taken out of the way now we have Messiah that is a high priest in the order of Melkezedeck. Sorry dear Buffalo-That’s not correct & is the very confusion of understanding leading many SDAs astray. The feasts fulfilled a purpose and pointed to the promise of the coming Saviour. Where did the ceremonial & ritual laws come from? From the law of Moses…where did the Levites learn how to ritually approach God? The law of Moses - until the ‘mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus’. appeared. Since the cross do we need a Levite or a priest to talk to or approach our beautiful Heavenly Father? No - that need was nailed to the cross and our need supplied by Jesus alone. To celebrate the feasts displeases God, why? Because it says Jesus’ work was incomplete. There is one ‘feast’ left to celebrate and that is the communion meal we do in remembrance of Jesus’ sacrifice. Acts 9:1-5 ( this is where Saul meet Jesus) Acts 9:15-16 ( this is where Jesus instructs him to the Gentiles. I hope that helped.
