Yes it’s actually depends upon , how fast we complete our b1 and b2 level exam and only with that certificate you can apply for Ausbildung .the actual needed time is 1 year for the language , ( if we pass the exam at first attempt) within 1,5 year you can be here.
You need to pass the Plus 2 examination and German Language exams either B1 or B2 full Module.Don‘t worry about the Percentage of marks that you got in Plus 2 examination.
