I did a job interview yesterday and put this playing on my headphones for the duration of it, helped me to stay calm and relaxed, its important so I could remember everything I have to say. Ty for the upload

I lost my dad in July, so Summer Essentials kept me going. Fall Essentials is here and now I can vibe during the best time of the year.
To me I feel like Lofi is the best community to ever exist. Everyone is so open and talks about what their feeling. And people agree or give amazing feedback. Everyone here cheers someone up or just tells them to keep going. This is the type of stuff I love to see. Keep spreading that positivity. ❤

This will probably be lost in the comments but, I guess I'll talk about it anyways, not to mention I've talked about this before on another comment thread so, I might say something new, here it is.
There's something about solitude which.. kind of affects most of us who don't really know a lot of things, specifically what to do with ourselves. It's almost been a month since most of us have been out of school for the summer, and most of us will be going a grade up in middle school, will be going to highschool, or will be moving a grade up in highschool once summer break is over. Now, about the solitude (which btw means in a state of seclusion), that's pretty much all that summer break is if you don't have any plans or friends, just sitting in your room doing anything that comes to mind, or nothing in general, that's where the apathy comes in. For those who don't know, apathy is a lack of interest, enthusiasm, or concern for anything or yourself, and you also tend to feel like your emotionally numb, and it's obviously not the best feeling in the world. What I'm basically trying to get out is, most of us might have these big dreams of becoming great writers, artists, music writers, or you're just thinking about wanting to hang out with any friends you have, but some of us don't really act on those things we want to do, thus becoming something that slowly can take over your mind if something's not done. I've been down that road myself a few times, and it can really fuck you up, it can become frustrating sometimes because you want to do these things you want to do something before school comes back, then all you do is just struggle to get out of bed, watch whatever the fuck you watch, try to get sleep, and then it becomes a cycle. And it's only worse when you isolate yourself from your friends, once you start going deeper into that apathy it can become numbness, then depression, and maybe even something worse, and you want to try and reach out for help, but you also can't really do that, because you probably feel like you'll just bother people with your problems (maybe like how I am now), you can't even talk to your own family sometimes, and you slowly realize that the calmness of being at home and away from school, can really eat your mental health whole if you're not able to find something to distract yourself and keep that satisfaction meter where you want it to be. I know this has nothing to do with the video but, just listening to it kind of brings me back into a state of contemplation, and I feel like others feel the same way so, I'll just leave this here as a means of sharing whatever pain you feel, I'll try to respond to as many as I can, and if I don't respond to you in time, I'm really sorry, try not to worry about it though, I'm here if you want to talk about anything, even if I'm just a teen with a lot of mental issues, I'll try the best I can to help you (even though I'm not a therapist), just stay strong for me.
Glad to know there's someone who understands how harmful it could be. Because of health issues I live like this for over 4 years already. Spending most of my time inside of my room, having no new experiences and to this point I forgot how it feels like to be inspired about life. When smallest things used to bring such joy, such as bus rides- I can't experience even that anymore. I feel like life's being sucked out of me but not just physically. I really hope all of it ends soon because I can't take it anymore.
@@jennyromano3795 I'm really sorry to hear about your health issues and how they've affected you man. I'm not sure if what I'll say will help you or not but, I'll say it anyway.
Although there might not be anything new for you to be inspired about to hold on to that good side of life, but that doesn't mean it's impossible to reach. If you're able to take care of your health issues or if you want to do them right now, the best thing I think to do when searching for joy is to find an opportunity that's hidden somewhere and take it. Even if I'm bad at the experience, at least it might've been something I was able to do and ultimately get a small amount of joy from it. Something I'd recommend is listening to some songs (nostalgic or new) and see what my mind does and try and carry it on from there, maybe you're able to think of scenarios in your head with full detail, if you can, expand upon it, maybe write it down a few times.
I know it might not work every time and only be a temporary solution, but if you can find ways to get yourself pumped up to do something new (like watching some marvel movies or listening to post-rock), then the apathy won't affect you forever, it might be a part of you for the rest of your life, but that doesn't mean it defines who you are or takes control of what you do, so if you're able to overcome your health issues and tear apart the apathy from the inside, I think you'll be able to find joy, even if it's temporary as most things are.
Keep in mind that I'm not a professional therapist (I don't even consider myself a good helper), but if somehow that is able to help you in the slightest, then I'm very grateful to be of help to you. I hope you have a nice or better day, and hope it becomes a little better each day.🖤
