I’d love to see this coach in some points play with other decent players. His technique seems on point 👌

Technically he’s good, now how can you make him improve?
Did you notice that all of his balls weren’t forcing the other player to play far from the baseline?
He needs to find a way to make the ball rise at the baseline! If he struggles that’s when you need to coach him how to do!
    Nice video!

Nice to see actual rallies instead of a coach talking for 10 mins

Sooooo essentially you just told him to mimic a generic forehand model and the end result is his stroke looks exactly the same before and after??? Coaches need to identify what their player is struggling with and not just put them through generic forehand steps….
One reason that he hits long and inconsistent is because he’s extremely wristy. He’s taking it back like Sinner with an added Berretini style loose wrist that results in his racquet facing the ground and not the back fence like Sinner. Watch slo motion of Sinner through contact and you’ll see a stable wrist, this kid’s wrist is not stable at all through contact which is why there’s no consistency or power to his strokes at times. You could of helped him by working on his take back so that the wrist isn’t as a loose or the racquet is more vertical so that when he transitions forward it’s not as as extreme of a flip and he can square the face easier.

More like Fraud Doctor - you didn't help him change a single thing , even when you demonstrated to him how to hit , you were doing a completely different style of stroke and you don't even know - his string bed is facing down and then back in the preparation phase, you kept showing him your own forehand, yours doesn't even close off the strings
