Hey Ron, I'm running into an issue with the Planning Center API. Whenever I run the PcoLive executable, I get an error message saying 'Please Check your Planning Center API keys are correct in the config.ini'. I've checked the config over and over again, and I can't seem to figure out what the issue is. I have permission to go live on my PCO account as I'm an admin within the church organization. Any idea what this could be? Thanks in advance.
You may need to be a manager in services to use the api features. I'd check that first. Also check all the spelling real careful in the config.ini underscores, spaces etc it all matters.
This is an amazing feature that is exactly what I need, but rather (very) difficult to follow the instructions? I with there was a demonstration on the setup? What "Config.ini" should I be editing? I'm freaked out to do this because I can't crash my church!? Please advise???
The config.ini is automatically created in the same folder as the executable the first time you run it. If you're worried you will "crash your church" this one is probably not for you. It was built as a weekend project and is free and opensource. It's not a paid or supported thing, and requires technical skills to use.
@@pastorhudson Actually I'm pretty versed in most of this stuff. I've got lyrics, lighting, and several programs automated with Ableton and ProPresenter. (* I was being humble saying I didn't want to crash church. :) It might be that my PP7 system is too complicated - I have the same wknd service, but we do it 3 times. Also, I run multiple "Service Types" for Kids, Youth, Development, etc... and "WKND" (WKND is where I need this to work!). I know you're busy, and this is off-the-cuff, BUT, I'd be happy to tithe or donate for some help...Happy to make an appointment online or at any connivance for you?
Hi Ron, I'm very interested in installing and using this utility to help save time in my weekly workflow. I can't find the config.ini file you refer to in your GitHub download. Could you tell me where to look?
Please, please, please... Show how on a MAC? I love this feature, but can't make it work?

@@sirsteinbach shoot me a support request at pcochef.com. I’ll see if we can do a zoom call.
Hey Ron, trying to do what you are demonstrating here. How did you do it??
Basic docs are here github.com/pastorhudson/ProPresenter-PCO-Live-Auto-Control There are some issues depending on how your services are setup.
@@pastorhudson Got it. Just checked it out. I'm guessing the issue is with multiple service times? That would be my case unfortunately.
@@pastorhudson Sorry, just realized I responded with another account.

Ah I see this isn't worded well. You need to create a config.ini file. You can copy the content in the readme on github.
@@pastorhudson Thanks. I'll give it another try next week!
@@pastorhudson Where does (how) this config.ini file reside? This part is confusing for those who haven't done this!
