In the prix Jean prat at deuville ( 3.07pm ) I've gone ew on romantic style 5/1 ew (4s now) .
Has course and distance winning form and Appleby are starting to bang in the winners now with a 38% strike rate in the last 2 weeks .
She didn't stay lto at longchamp over the mile do the drop back to 7 looks ideal . She beat ramatuelle at the track over 7f afew races back with tamfana back in 3rd - that form looks sold .
I've also taken a chance on electric storm 6/1 ew in the 4.15 deuville.
She's improved with every run and does have to improve but I was really taken with her win at Haydock in the Cecil freer lto .
James tate is a trainer I really like and I'm sure they wouldn't be sending her to France without a chance! She was originally entered in the king stand at Royal ascot so they must think alot of her .
She's by night of thunder so if the ground turns soft should not be to much of a issue( won on soft - heavy in places lto)

Hi Mickey. Have a question for you. City of troy is being slated in alot of the papers for not winning as well as was expected etc. I thought it was a fantastic run. Tactically he had it from every angle, older horses 1 in front if him, 2 tracking him and a late finisher. He held them all. What am I missing? Would love to know what you thought. The Hurley fella.
