This backpack is managed through a mobile APP. We first edit the program on the mobile phone and send it to the backpack screen via Bluetooth on the mobile phone.
The name of the APP is "LOY Space". We can download this APP from Google Player or Apple Store.

@@Welaso Hello, Yeah i already have the bag and also tried few apps for this. The “Loy Play” and the “loy space” and “led space”. And i see in the app settings that we can choose 3 remote control interfaces on the app. But I couldn’t seem to find the product anywhere. I need to use this bag while biking and put the remote on the handlebar. Instead of putting the phone on the bike. I’d like to set the design to “turning left”, “turning right”, “stop” etc.

I double checked with the development team and they told me the remote wouldn't fit this backpack. Although it can be used, it is very difficult.

We can try the following methods to troubleshoot：
1. update the APP you installed.
As we will continue to update and improve the App to make it more interesting and multi-functional,pls remember to update your App and LED board program to the latest version
2. Check whether the power bank is low power. If the power is too low, it may not be able to active the LED backpack, the result is the Wifi module cannot work properly. Remember to charge the power bank first.

Cant even connect to the wifi

Our LED backpack is not using wifi connection now, we should use the phone's bluetooth to connect to the backpack.
By the way, the old version using wifi, the new version of the LED backpack uses Bluetooth, we have upgraded theLED backpack last year. all of the new version LED backpacks are using bluetooth.
How to use:
1. Download the "LOY Space" APP from Google Market or Apple Store.
2. Pari on with LED backpack.
3. Customize the content via app, send it the LED screen, then start enjoying it
This LED backpack with a built-in LED programmable screen, which can be used to make graffiti, custom advertising, business promotions, political election slogans, etc through the mobile APP.
