Thank you ! Your excitement is awesome ! I came across your channel studying for an interview I had last Friday, I appreciate all your help. I’ll definitely let you know how it goes!
Sir can i ask a question? Why many users need to ask from itsupport when they can download it by themselves like man you can download it right away in your desktop easily.
13:20 - Windows 10 has 'Night light settings' which has similar options. You can change the 'strength' or 'brightness' of the screen(s). Also, can set the duration for a set amount of hours. I personally have it set on my computer at 8pm and ends at 8am.
What's the difference between the app and Win 10 version? I've been using the Win 10 options. I don't have issues sleeping, but with normal brightness, my eyes hate it. It basically looks like I'm high, if I don't set the blue screen.
You discussed trading software. Can you have a whole episode on that? I'm talking about Bloomberg & the others you mentioned. Mayne even have a small series on that. That would be pretty cool to do. I haven't seen anybody else do something like that. Also, how can I join your discord channel, I would love to be surrounded with like minded people & grow in the IT field.
I done a video on Bloomberg before and removed it because no one really showed an interest on it. Maybe in the future I will cover it. Discord link is here discord.gg/UC3hXhs
Hi Kevtech, when you are installing an application on behalf of another user- are you remotely connecting to their desktop first? So running a remote management app, downloading the app and when it comes to running the app that is when you select 'run as admin' or 'run as other user' and enter your own credentials? Cheers
You have not added this part 3 on your playlist. can you regularly create this kind of video. also, may i know based from your experience. what is the most difficult issue you have face in ur life as a tech. have u encountered erp and crm before?
Hi Kevin.I always have this confusion .After we remote into their machines ,do we have to login as an administrator in order to change or apply settings like giving them admin rights and giving them permission to remotely login etc.
@@KevtechITSupport Where and how can I do run as admin. Is it the settings of the software I am using to remote into the user computer. In the software I have to mention that I will be connecting as an administrator? Please correct me
@@KevtechITSupport I still have this confusion.Sorry to bother you .Maybe I am unable to explain you my query.Let’s put it this way .Whatever i as a it support do on user computer he can do the same thing for himself to give him admin rights.
Hey Kevin, thank you for the info! Question how old are you? And what exactly is your position? I'm currently working at FedEx making $18 an hour, but I want to transition in IT , I'm currently studying for comptia a+ and watching many videos. What jobs should I be applying for ? And how much it average hourly pay for entry level?
You should be applying for desktop support, IT support, technical support, helpdesk if you have comptia a+. I can't give you a clear answer on salary because it depends what state you live in. I do IT Executive Support and I'm 30 years old.
that a good job but you teach too fast you don't even let people see what you doing teaching people is not an easy Job take your time to do that if you want the follower....
You can slow down the video and repeat it if it's too fast. I'm doing it for free and you can always repeat the video. Obviously some people complain that it's too slow or too fast. You can never make everyone happy.

They will block it for security reasons. Always get approval to download anything in IT because your job might not allowed it.
Hi Kev. I am a big fan of your channel. You helped me so much
hi Kevin, just started transitioning from Helpdesk agent to Desktop Support from last 2 months. your videos are great help to me. thanks!

It has add ons to it for the app like zip code, weather and few other things.
@W P at the time the didn't have those settings so people would download this on windows 10 or windows 7.
Bank ATM technical support.. What are the questions asked in technical interview.. Any ideas??

you do run as your uac will prompt you for admin rights. You will either remote in or be next to the person.
