Was queued up with an insane rando that had this setup. Alas we were just a duo the entire time and I couldn't survive for shit so we ended up losing but he was racking up so many kills and clutches to res. Afaik didn't seem like it was cheating from observing him either (I only bring this up since it does seem cheaters are affecting the game) -- seen him die to a duo and have a tough time with someone that had even better movement.
its not, its trash, its only decent if your aim is terrible and you cannot play a gun or if you are in bot lobies(pubs), if you wanna go close range play the shotgun, it onetaps ligth and bassically oneshots heavys (2 taps but fast firerate). if you wanna solo games play the lh, mp or pistol
With the sword lunge, it only hits at the end of the animation. also it ends the animation earlier if you hit into an enemy or object. if you miss with a lunge you get mini stunned so you basically have to wait longer to attack again.
Keep using those goo grenades and we'll have to start calling you Mr MaGoo! But that sword looks like alot of fun! Not sure if I could get used to having no secondary weapon though

Why the f does the game make the first foot of the zip line cable transparent? Do the devs think it will be catastrophic to the player if that bit of their vision is obscured?
Just letting you know that the hit markers on a lot of your flash bangs were actually hitting your panda friend. I learned this by repeatedly flashing the hell out of my friends by accident. lol
Really hope they handle the region lock/cheating issue people have been voicing, but other than that I could see this game actually lasting. It's better than Warzone and Apex IMO and it's only a server test! Really hope this game holds on to it's spot in the limelight that it currently has.
Try the dash with the sword. You can close most gaps and dashing gets you to ledges you normally couldnt get to. Also, it stacks and you can have 3 ready for fights.
Been making my friend laugh with my fails. He was watching me play and picked up a barrel and failed the throw, makes gun of the the throw. I pick up another and toss it and it blows up on my face right after. Grappled onto the moving floating train and slipped off and fell right in front of him as well. The game is a really great time. Biggest gripe is heavy is neraly impossible to kills as medium or light classes.
Maybe to make the sword better they should increase the speed, or maybe even give dashes to the player, or blocking bullets or maybe even bouncing bullets back Anything except making it one hit kill
Melee is busted and flamethrower is busted. The visual recoil on guns is also kinda rough, like m-11 feels like shit because of how much it shakes. But it’s not unplayable, I got use to it. Also I wish medium had a better secondary gun option as an assault rifle because the fcar has like no bullets. Also heavy shied is busted on teams with coms and stun gun is annoying as shit.
How beautiful this game looks compared to other FPS's is mind boggling to me, especially because my GPU runs right at 70. C for this game and that's extremely cool for my 3050TI with these AAA graphic levels... I don't know how they did it, but it runs buttery smooth on my system on medium to medium-high graphics. I've never tried setting my graphics settings high yet either.... Moder Warfare II and III both look like like sh*t in comparison... WOW!
it's probably because the game actually has good art direction, it feels like it's aesthetic was carefully designed rather than just slapping raytracing on and calling it a day, so it still looks good without all the fancy tech. prioritizing art direction also comes with the added bonuses of having actually good looking characters, and *not needing a 4080 to run it at 60 fps,* having the ex-dice team that made the older bf games also probably helps a lot.
and its so good optimized for 1000 series like 1070 ti and 1080 ti even its unreal engine 5 im running with my 1080 ti with 144fps competetive settings im so happy :)

The finals is fun, but tbh I don’t think it has much longevity sadly. It’s going through the thoroughly deserved praise from the YT community, but the game for me just doesn’t have the balance right between competitive play and progression. The thing that makes games like this long term success is either being tightly competitive (with a rank system) Or if it’s not competitive having a decent progression journey that can keep people coming back. The finals doesn’t really offer either of these things, it’s a competitive game sure but it’s just so open that it’s ultimately just a massive TDM. I guess it could be popular with people who like battlefield style games. Hope I’m wrong but i feel the same way about this as I did of battlebit, albeit this game is better than battlebit. Hyped up for a couple of months then fell off a cliff.

So a new games out they can't play so massive traffic on ur vids. Current gen needs a game like this, enough of this bs of games being held back by old tech. More devs need to do this. Dagger, sword and silenced pistol are all effed to deal with as any other class without distance, or sacraficing a teammate to dwindle their health first and even then, they just go invisible or dash away. Sadly, Ive played all 3 betas now and I dont think this is going to happen.
This should've been a mobile game. I was really hoping for something much cooler. This feels like the devs got drunk and just said, "lets combine BF3 destruction and assets with Apex Legends gameplay and feel"

You can hold right mb to use charged attack that can even oneshot some enemies
