진통제를 주사하고 소염 진통제를 복욕하면 통증은 완화되겟지만 극한 노동을 하면 재발이 쉬운 어깨 부분이라
어제 알으켜준 스트레칭 운동을 꾸준히 해야 재발이 안 됩니다 저도 배드민턴을 치다가 어깨와 팔이 몹시 아파
여러 병원에서 치료를 받아 완쾌된듯 하였으나 재발이 잦아 다른 병원원장이 이 스트레칭 운동을 알으켜 주셨어요

Es una pena lo que le paso a Shaheen y espero se recupere pronto. Atabak es un buen hombre y ama a su esposa pero no se le ocurren ciertas cosas como ayudarla a pararse, llevar las bolsas, abrir la puerta del auto pues tiene su brazo lesionado, son detalles que en este momento son importantes. La atencion médica no fué muy eficiente y menos el bendaje que le pusieron en el brazo y mas encima le cobraron por algo mal hecho. Deseo que se recupere pronto para que disfrute de su nuevo hogar que prontamente estara terminado con la ayuda de Dios y que le de fuerza e inteligencia a Atabak para realizarlo. Un abrazo a todos.
