The fact Wilbur cares so much about his audience and shows genuine concern. It makes me feel comfortable to know that despite how many of us there are hes still concerned and interactive. It almost brings me to tears everything I realize that, no wonder he's such a huge comfort to watch. Granted he probably won't see this, but a part of me hopes he does. He makes me happy and manages to cheer me up. So I thank you.

Also kind of a dick move to automatically assume they're faking it, depression is an incredibly common thing that a LOT of people suffer from. And like he said, people naturally wanna vent when they know its anonymous and nothing can actually happen. Plus, wilbur helps so many people every day- even if it's just comforting them for 20 minutes- and these people got the chance to rant to the person who helps them. And anyway, even if they were faking it, my point still stands because wilbur still showed that he cared. He still showed genuine concern under the assumption that they werent being assholes and faking it

They definitely made me feel beautiful, loved, and worthy of everything through my entire childhood. they never argued in the kitchen so much I had to hide in my room for almost an hour at a time and I could hardly go into the kitchen. I definitely don't almost have an eating disorder because of them, and my self image is so good because of them as well. I love being at home with them more than school because they never yell at me and they make me love being alive so much because they don't mentally abuse me when I definitely wasn't outed to them by someone I didn't think I could trust. They make me feel amazing when I try to help and they absolutely love my best friends/partners so I get to see them all the time. I never have to hide in my room at all because they don't make me feel uncomfortable at all
Sorry for the giant vent, I've just never really been able to talk about all of this because my mom won't get me a therapist

Feel free not to read this, I just want to vent for once.
I try to be happy but sometimes life gets you down and bad things keep happening to me and the people I love.
My father has cancer and stage 3 emphysema. They can't fix him and I have been slowly watching him die these past few months.
My mother is mentally ill and has been admitted to the psych ward this week... I feel like a shitty person for enjoying the quiet but there is only so much I can take being torn down constantly. My great grandmother is declining fast and the doctors have told us to get in our last goodbyes. My Nanny (grandmother) is starting to lose her memory too and if that happens idk who I can talk to anymore. All my friends have moved and I am left all alone and I can't leave because my family needs me.
The other half of my family wont talk to me anymore because I was ordered into court to testify against her (All I did was tell the truth) and then my cousin and her unborn baby died a few months back and my closest aunt before her.
Then to top everything off my health is declining. I am only 23 and I have diabetes, a ruined liver because I have been un diagnosed for 22 years, Hormonal imbalance, celiac disease and a patellofemoral dysfunction.
I keep wondering if it's the word telling me to let go.
i'm really (and i mean it when i say really) sorry that you have to go through this, and i hope you can get somewhat better soon. even if just the slightest. keep in mind that there are people out there who would be very, very, sad to hear if you were to let go. one of those people being me.
