Drakkhen is one of my all-time favorite RPGs, I grew up playing it on SNES and now I'm replaying it again on my A500 Mini...
Ah yes.. I think I'd rather be playing it on the mini.. its really meant for a mouse
@@CrazyBurger - It's better if that's what you're used to...they're about a horse apiece to me because the 3D overworld navigation feels better on a gamepad, but the castle and menu navigation feels better with a mouse. Being North American, I grew up with mostly only consoles until I was 15 so I'm not as used to using a keyboard for movement.
Evercade is honestly underrated I always find my self playing more than I thought I would also the new games comeing out at the end of July are amazing and than the winter release games even better but what they are missing big time is a joy stick buttons and also if I where them I would build a mini arcade cabinet like the Taito where we can insert are game cartarige into the machine it would be absolutely awesome
I actually play more Evercade than even Switch these days!
@@JohnnyProctor9 its addicting not only that the price of the carts are dirt cheap and the titles comeing out in July and before winter are even better I am impressed I own iircade machine and there games are getting worse
WooHoo, RPG lovin'! The Renovation and Indie Heroes carts also each have a handful of RPGs on them...
Lol yeah.. speaking of Renovation.. I really need to get back to those RPGs and give them a serious bash. I forgot about those
Iron Commando def looks like a snes game. Typical bright graphics for that platform John 😀😀🎮🎮🎯

This has never and probably will never be beaten in terms of value. This was the sort of cart I thought we were going to be getting all the time when the system launched not waiting half a year for a cart with 3 indy games in it. A shame they couldn't keep the licenses coming like this.
Yeah same.. sadly we've been getting less games on the carts recently.
They need more Piko carts for sure, they have so many titles that we still haven't gotten on Evercade...
Yes I would expect a 3rd cart at some point.. maybe it'll be one of the carts still to be revealed..
I'll have to play some Switchblade soon...
I might be a bit biased but I really loved it.. had me hooked.
Jim Power makes me dizzy because the backgrounds go in the wrong direction...
Lol its just odd. Maybe pointless. It's a terrible version of this game.
@@CrazyBurger - I tried the Amiga version on the A500 Mini, it's not nearly as bad...
@@JohnnyProctor9 no its much better.. though the versions have some emulation issues. It definitely plays much better though.
@@CrazyBurger - I think that I just need to adjust the speed on my A500 Mini for that one, online videos that I see look much better running at the slower 50hz framerate.
This cart is Legacy now..
Great cart with plenty of games, which I thought most of the carts would be like sadly the new carts seem to be getting less games
Yeah, it's a shame we don't see carts like this now. 6 to 8 games seems the average
This is a great cart. Such a mixture of genres.
When this Cart came out. I instantly thought that it was going to be one of the best on Evercade! I own a copy myself. All that you said about it is true. In terms of Quality, Quality, and Variety! 👍. Though that being said. I think the awkward gameplay mechanics, or share not knowing what to do in some of these games?! Do I think, loses A LOT of points against the cart! Therefore I think it holds on to its position as “One of the Best” by its fingernails?! 🤔. With 20 games on it. It certainly has VALUE. But that doesn’t make it BEST. Probably best to say it is more of a BARGAIN in that regard?! 🤔. As always a Great vid Mr Burger! 🙂👍
This cart was my reason for buying an Evercade, otherwise I would've just waited and got a VS...RPGs for the WIN!
Piko 1 is brilliant, Piko 2 is just meh . I’ve completed Jim Power it was a mission.

Definitely one of the best collections on the evercade. Tinhead brave battle saga and water margin are my faves on this collection. Tinhead in particular has a very Amiga feel to it :). After lots of time put into the Evercade VS. My 5 favorite evercade cartridges are
1- indie heroes
2- piko interactive 1
3- codemasters collection
4- gaelco arcade 1
5- Mega cat studios 1
(Honorable mention)
Oliver twins collection
I love all the game collections to be fair. Even the worms collection despite being my least favourite in the collection.

Oh superb. Easily one of the best carts released. Be quick as it's now known as a legacy cart. No longer in production but you should be able to find a copy no problem.
